We had a good experience at this Hardee’s location. The service was friendly and fast, and the food was made properly and tasted really good. Not the cleanest inside the restaurant but maybe we came in between dining area cleaning shifts. Good food and I’d eat here again. Sort of weird to get to the parking lot, with there being several roundabouts in the shopping center service road to get there.

We all understand fast food. I’ll rephrase that we all should understand fast food. There’s a lot of variables. If you arrive 15 minutes before closing time don’t expect fresh. Also depends on the management and who is working that day. I win today. My three-piece chicken tender meal was very good. Facility was clean and the workers friendly. I also arrived on the cusp of the lunch hour at 11:30 AM.

I put in a 100 piece chicken tender order for a pre Super Bowl work party. Both my co-workers and I enjoyed them tremendously! They also gave me a variety of dipping sauces to use which topped it off. We were all rubbing our stomachs and wanting to take a nap afterwards! This was my fourth time ordering the tenders and this Hardee’s has never disappointed. Everyone from the day I ordered, until I picked them up were kind, considerate and very helpful. I will be back again and again for certain. Thank you for the great service and food!

Employees forgot the combo items for our meal, we drove off and then noticed our double burger was only a single and had to go back to have it corrected again. Then upon leaving and thinking all is fine found a bug in the lettuce on the sandwich:( absolutely will not be returning to this location

Stopped in on my way to the beaches to get something to eat for my family and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food location I’ve ever been to. The food was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Rebecca took my order and the entire interaction felt as if I was speaking to a family member and not an employee at a restaurant. I will definitely be making sure to stop back by on our way home to get some more of the great food and wholesome interactions.

Was looking for a quick bite and figured I’d give Hardee’s a shot. At first I wasn’t sure if they were open, but I think the windows were tinted. Going inside, the place was very clean, and there was even somebody going around cleaning the place! We were able to put our order in quickly and it came out pretty quick. The staff were very courteous and considerate asking how our meal was. The food was well prepared and tasted great! We had gone to a different food establishment days prior and probably spent double the amount of money and had lower quality food. The chicken was cooked perfection, the fries were crispy but still soft, and the onion rings were perfect. I tried the chicken and waffle sandwich and added a little bit of their jalapeno hot sauce to the syrup glaze on the chicken. I think that sandwich was really good, the only critique that I would offer is that the waffle could have been just a little crispy to give it that perfect texture. All In all, great value for the money, everyone enjoyed their food, and we all left full. Oh! When we were leaving I got a shot of the Sun.

Our server Jaden from the store in Smyrna, Delaware was absolutely a sweetheart. He greeted us very warmly, kindly and willing to help. He came to our table to check on us many times, threw our trash away, opened the door for us. He is such an asset to this store. Don’t let him leave the company.
