I cannot speak to the inside of this business because I only order to go, but every single time I have ordered here the person working the drive thru is so friendly and warm. It is a different person each time but I have always experienced excellent customer service. The coffee is always fresh and strong (unlike any other fast food restaurants) and the biscuits and gravy are the best you can get in Dover.

Your intercom worker was so friendly. It was pleasant ordering. Your window person on this evening was also amazing friendly and I received my order in a timely manner. Bad part… your employees should not be standing outside smoking near the drive through window. Not everyone wants to deal with second hand smoke.
