I chose Hardee’s bc the recently renovated BK next door was packed, and Hardee’s didn’t have any cars in the drive thru line. It took 10 minutes from the time I placed my order to the point I finally got my food. It would have been faster to go to BK, busy as they were.
The food was good. The employees were nice enough to my face. I’ve worked in fast food management, they should have told me if there was a delay on my order instead of making me wait.

First time passing through this town, I saw a Hardee’s and stopped because it was familiar. Service was fast – immediate, actually. Food came out right away, hot, and delicious! Alexis took my order and was seriously the friendliest, most positive server I may have haver encountered in a fast food setting. She delivered my meal to the table before I could even fill my cup with the same upbeat attitude. I hope this gets back to Alexis’ manager… she us a true asset with her tremendous work ethic. She was the highlight of this very run of the mill lunch stop. Please tell her that she’s doing a terrific job!!!

The food was fantastic, the service was extremely fast, the staff was so friendly and helpful, my family and I were having such a chaotic morning and the staff put us at ease filled our bellies and warmed our hearts, thank you much for for making our day better, I can’t express to you how much we appreciate your kindness, I would give this Hardee’s and their staff 100 stars if it was possible, so thank you and I hope all of you have a wonderful day too! Hardee’s is lucky to have such a great team working for them and we will definitely be back to visit and recommend to all of our friends !!!!!

Still sitting waiting for food after ordering 20+minutes ago. I keep hearing yelling in the kitchen and people saying it will be a min to anyone who orders. But drive through is all clear. Guess guests inside dont matter to this company.
I want to edit to say that after saying that my order was not out the manager snapped at me and only after I said she was rude and pointed out that my order was still on the screen with 25 min behind it and them still not knowing what I am waiting for, she tried to make it better by a refund and then handed out free meals to everyone in the restaurant. I was not looking for that i just wanted my food and not to be talked to that way by a manger. Still a bad experience and I wish I could say this was not normal for this location but that would be a lie.

This review is in relation to PRICES. Hardees is one of the few restaurants I still patronize. Unfortunately, Hardees Corp is raising prices too much. Just stopped for a sausage biscuit. No egg, no cheese. $4.30 for one breakfast sandwich. They will only stop raising prices when we refuse to pay their inflated prices.

Had to wait five minutes to order and then waited over 20 minutes before finally asking at the counter where our food was and they didn’t even know what we ordered while also claiming that they thought the food had gone out already. The fries were room temperature by the time we got them. There was also a door dash pickup that came in and had to wait at least ten minutes. Extremely disappointed.

Food is like BK fake grill seasoning which I don’t care about one way or another but it is what it is. Food always comes out hot, correct and usually pretty fast. Plus it’s close to home.

Went to the Waynesboro Hardees around 8 pm. Shawn was super attentive, very generous of him to give us time to think what we wanted off the menu since we were visiting from northern VA and we dont have Hardees there, yeah, womo womp 🙁 Zoey was so great brought out food to us at the table (I hope i didnt butcher her name’s spellings) there was a LOVELY older couple there too all in all a pleasant experience in a pleasant town. Shawn brought us warm apple pies as bribe so we promise we come back! Also it was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants i have been in while travelling. Kudos! Lovely experience would recommend 10/10.
