Amazing service from our visit recently. I have been to a lot of hard rocks across the world but cologne is consistently one of my favourites. The staff are friendly and always there to help, they suggest options to suit our party and the choices were great! The chefs adapted the menu for us and made it memorable!
However I miss the old menu since the update the options are limited compared to before and they have got rid of a lot of good dishes! The music could have been turned up a little bit to improve the atmosphere as it was very quiet. But overall one of the best hard rocks in the world!

Had to rush for my flight back to London from Düsseldorf, but it was totally worth coming to Cologne just for the Hard Rock.

Hard Rock Cafe Köln looks really stylish inside. Everywhere you can see different guitars behind plexiglass, like a small museum. If you are a fan of music stuff, you will enjoy it for sure.
Menu is quite big, many dishes and also good choice of cocktails. Service was okay and the atmosphere is fun.
But for me the prices are too high for what you get. We ate and drink much more tasty things in other places for much less money. So I think the price is not really justified.
To visit one time is worth it, just to see the place and the guitars. But for regular visits I would not recommend it.

Amazing place with delicious food and the best atmosphere! The staff are super friendly and full of energy. Our waiter was smiling the whole time and made us feel really welcome. Great music, tasty dishes, and that classic Hard Rock vibe that makes you just want to stay longer. Perfect spot for good food and good mood!

As soon as you walk in, with the instruments, stage costumes and memorabilia on the walls, you feel as if you’re in a small museum. The music-themed decor, as in every Hard Rock Cafe, gives the place a really nice energy. The cocktails are well made, and the food was both filling and tasty.

We popped into your shop to buy a t-shirt on the 5th December and Hop Luong served us and she was absolutely brilliant. She had a great sense of humour, along with excellent customer service.
