I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. They are always so quick with my order even when it’s just one person working late at night. I wanna give a shout out to this one employee. I am not sure of her name, but she was working alone when I placed my order and she got it done so quick and she was very kind and that’s hard to find nowadays in the world is kind people. I wish I asked for her name to shout her out on the review, but I do know that the delivery car was a blue Equinox parked outside the restaurant.

This Domino’s used to be so good. Very consistent. I think the problem is that they’re severely understaffed. The last 2 times I’ve been in there’s been just one guy making all the orders, while a half dozen drivers come in and out to get orders. I feel sorry for the guy, but this was really disappointing. My wife ordered some wings with BBQ, and received buffalo…nit to mention that the wings were all drums, no flaps, and were from possibly the smallest chicken that has ever existed. Then the pepperoni cheese bread was inedible because it was raw dough in the middle.
Gonna be quite a while before we pass Crispellis in order to go to Domino’s, regardless of the price.

Quality has been horrible the last 6+ months at this place . Every time we get bad pizza. We are a family of 8 and ordered 2x a week now we get it maybe once every other month . The quality we received tonight was horrible per usual. All 3 pizzas had something wrong with them. 1st was burnt, 2nd wasn’t how the Brooklyn pizza is supposed to be , 3rd pan pizza was just thrown in the box, it was only partially cut and really weird like half the dough under the crust area warrant there . Disappointed as always , this dominos used to be great but times have changed. About to call to talk to the manager for a replacement now. As the last 5 times I haven’t but I’m sick of not being treated well as the customer.

Pizza is almost always undercooked and doughy/gooey and the bread bites have massive amounts of butter that get absorbed into them, taste like biting into a stick of butter and made me nearly puke. Complained to customer service about this 2 months ago and nothing has changed. You can see in the picture, the cheese is not even melted and the dough is undercooked

Excellent management and I’ve never personally eaten anything bad there; Very delicious ! I recommend delivery. The delivery team there seems to be very friendly and fast. We all have our personal favorites but I’ve had many deliveries from a driver named Matt and he has always been courteous, fast, and personalble.
