My wife and I had gift cards to harbour house so tried them out tonight. The service was pretty good, the food was ok. The smash burger was good but could use a sauce. The ribs were tender but weren’t sauced on the bottom and the sauce on top wasnt allowed to glaze. Fries were good, crispy and seasoned. The wings were ok, nothing special. The French onion soup cam out Luke warm so I told the manager and a hot one was brought out. Lots of onions in the soup which was since.

Great Experience for a Large Group
We visited Harbour House Waterfront Eatery as a group of 14 and had a great overall experience. It was really convenient that they accepted reservations for large parties, and our table was ready when we arrived. Although we couldn’t sit outside due to the size of our group (the patio has a beautiful view!), the indoor seating was comfortable and worked just fine.
The staff — especially the manager — were friendly and welcoming throughout. The menu is solid, offering a wide variety of dishes for different tastes. I had the smashed burgers and my wife ordered the chicken tacos; both were really tasty. Others in our group ordered steaks, pasta, and other dishes, and everyone seemed genuinely happy with their meals. The steaks, in particular, were a hit.
Service was excellent — they managed to bring out all 14 plates nearly at the same time, which was impressive. Everything was well-coordinated and efficient, which made the meal that much more enjoyable.
Overall, Harbour House is a great spot for groups and gatherings. Good food, attentive service, and a lovely location. We’d definitely return — hopefully next time we can enjoy that patio!

We went there for our anniversary dinner with our small kids. They enjoyed the games and colouring. The kids menu had some great options. We ordered the steak ,ribs and perch and all of it was delicious. It was freshly made food and cooked to perfection.
They had a good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Desert was cheese cake. Didnot see that menu.
Overall we had lovely meal and the hostess/ waitress was very kind and polite.

Hasn’t been to the Harbour House in a long time. The decor is very nice, service super friendly and everyone found their meal to be excellent. Kids were very entertained by Eric the table side magician. And they ate for free! An excellent Sunday dining experience.

We were here for the 2026 new year party. It was the worst experience we had. First they gave us welcome drink tickets limited the option to just simple drinks. Then the appetizers came 45 minutes late and were barely passed around. Lastly the enormous midnight buffet was nothing more than cold pizza, chicken wings with no sauce and nachos. Paid $75 per person and on the last day dropped the price to $55. Likely no one comes more then. Do not recommend, will never come back again.

Extremely good service, very nice view of the marina. The food is excellent and competitively priced. The drinks are good drinks. It’s not that far out of the way, about 22 minutes from the casino in a very nice part of Windsor.

I recently visited Harbour House for my best friends birthday. Unfortunately I received a raw lobster tail. The waitress acknowledged it was raw. Also I asked when ordering what the seasonal veggies were I was told they were zucchini and carrots. I got my food it was plain white rice that was dry and 4 small overcooked carrots no zucchini. It was a sad experience as I don’t get to eat out often and was looking forward to it! I did not even receive a complimentary drink. And I waited quite awhile for both meals. The lobster underneath was black and gooey when taken out of shell. The waitress said “yeah there’s definitely something wrong with that” you can see a few black spots in photo unfortunately I could get a pic of the underside as the waitress took it away. Mind you this meal cost me about 45 bucks.

Absolutely delicious! Service was fantastic…even it being on a busy Friday night. Live entertainment was a blast. Didn’t sit out on the patio this time…but will next time. Will definitely return!
