I had a need for clam chowder and this location was close. Very inexpensive and decent food. I only had the chowder which needed a lot of salt and pepper which I normally never add. It was thick but lacked that rich creamy flavor I would like in a chowder. The place stays busy and the portions seem generous. Staff was very nice and attentive which is the main reason for the 3. I won’t rush back.

The portions were great but they are in need of a cook. That brown streak on the jumbo shrimp isn’t pepper. The roasted vegetables would have been good had the cook tried to put the seasonings in butter and then drained them before roasting. Instead it was just poured on top. Wow!

So just want to start with the service, the waitress and everyone there were great. Our waitress was so nice and cheerful! The food on the other hand was terrible unfortunately. We got the trio of oysters and they were not the worst but not the best, but the fried fish, shrimp, hush puppy and stuffed crab did not taste fresh or even hot when it got to our table and our food came pretty fast. The jumbo shrimp and popcorn shrimp were super rubbery and not much flavor and we spent $80+. I don’t want to keep going, you guys get the hint.

Ordered the family meal. ($42). Received 2 HUGE containers of cocktail sauce only which my family doesn’t eat. Meal comes with both tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Ordered baked potatoes as a side and they were hard as a rock (all 4)!! Called restaurant for over an hour and no one would answer the phone. VERY disappointed ☹️

This was by far one of the worst meals I’ve had in years. Let’s start with the appetizer: Mozzarella sticks. I’d have rather bought some frozen from a store, microwaved them, forgot about them, then microwaved them again and eaten them than taste what this restaurant passed as a Mozzarella sticks.

This was the best seafood we have had since we moved away from the gulf!! We were delighted and were already talking about bringing family back with us from Knoxville. I ordered the grouper and he ordered the red snapper. We have a downtown “seafood” restaurant that COULD NOT COMPARE with Harbor Inn and far more expensive. Thank you for a great meal. We will be back!! BTW, we didn’t have dessert but the ones in the display looked AMAZING.
