Service was average. The real issue was the sizes and amount served with those sizes. We wanted a large quantity to bring back to a group, and the largest quantity they offer is a pint. That would be fine if the amount of custard they scooped into seven $9 pints of custard wasn’t ABYSMAL. As the image below shows, they filled none of them to the top of the container, and the amounts were inconsistent and they completely took advantage of us as customers.

Amazing gelato! The staff is super friendly and nice. The girl, I think her name was Stacy, was really good at explaining stuff despite the huge amount of people in the shop. A lot of gelato flavours and homemade custard!

We came in to try the gelato and the young lady behind the counter knew her stuff,and probably how to get a work permit! I had the dog and was tag teaming with my husband for flavors. It was so good and a lovely end to a Bailey’s Harbor stroll.

I was really looking for someone to come in and honor the memory of Custards Last Stand. Upon entering we found a few cute architectural details interesting but the stark bare room with a mix of minimalism and country living was definitely apparent. We waited in a line of 8 and it took an uncomfortable amount of time to get through that line. There was one young lady making the dishes and one who stood waiting at the register and one woman who I can only assume is the owner standing next to the counter chatting up some friends. We overheard them say this endeavor was just a test run to see how it went. Unfortunately after waiting that long for a a pretty standardly portioned medium and a small scoop of custard/gelato at a cost of over 18.00 before tip we would have to say there are more authentic door county spots to try out.
