Decent ambiance and a little pricey. That being said, they have a lot of work to do on their AI technology waiters. Our first male AI waiter was buffering when his eye lasers scanned my ID. We could tell his system was confused by certain orders we placed. I clearly told my second AI waiter that I was still picking at my grub but he grabbed my food anyway and I had to rip it out of his robot arms. Very strong. I am impressed that this restaurant would try out such advanced technology but they still have MUCH work to do. I am eager yet extremely anxious to see where they are at with this technology one year from now after integrating improvements. Software update? Will be back

Sadly this place was a HUGE disappointment. First we stood at the front and waited to be seated and a hostess never came. Server finally came to our table after we’d sat ourselves 20 minutes before. We got the nachos grande which came out on a cracked plate and oddly enough were the blandest nachos that tasted like the drain cleaner had been emptied on top and then stuck in the microwave. The chimichanga was soggy af and cold inside and the green chili sauce was horrid. Very sad, we come to grand lake every few years for vacation and this was not a good dining experience. $60 for the worst food I’ve had in Colorado. If you’re going to have a fancy restaurant and charge nice restaurant prices you’ve got to up your game and serve some food that tastes better than gas station sushi.

Food was good, forgot my order so our whole table was done before my meal came. No compensation for there mistake. They even read the whole order back to us before it went to the kitchen.

In one word: disappointing. This is not, in fact, a pub and grill. It’s a Mexican restaurant. I picked it based on the name while walking around Grand Lake and was dismayed when seated to see the menu. My waitress took my order and didn’t come back. Several other staff either brought a glass of water or food. I was thirsty and wanted a refill but couldn’t get anyone to give me more, despite asking several people. I saw other tables which were ordering alcoholic beverages get better service and wondered if I wasn’t because I just wanted water. I eventually asked a man in training behind the bar for a refill. I waited and waited for my bill but it never came. I went back to the man behind the bar and asked if he could help since my waitress was absent. He was the best employee there, in my opinion. While the food was good, I can’t get over the poor service, hence, the 1 star.

Our wifi signal was lost so we chose to eat here before reading the reviews. But to our surprise the food was pretty good. Me and my wife shared a Mexican combination plate and we had no complaints. We sat on the patio and had a great view of the lake.

Seem that everyone is having trouble finding enough staff. This place is large, seems like not quite enough staff but they were very nice and time to wait was reasonable. Crispy chiles rellenos are the best you’ll have. We get to the area a couple times a year and stop every time. Yes, Mexican food (though the name would make you think bar food) but better than average and you’re supporting a local business. Worth a try, bring some patience 🙂

Horrible service. First, it took over 20 minutes to get a margarita and a beer from the bar. The blonde bartender had a horrible attitude plus she over charged me on the margarita and beer. Second, I had to remind the hostess that I wanted a table outside in the patio by the rail. When we got seated, it was not by the rail but rather at a table that was in the path of the entrance into the patio. I requested if I could be moved to a table by the rail and a young male gentleman attempted to help us out by asking hostess. There were two tables that were available and a third that had just been vacated. The young gentleman came and told us that we couldn’t be accommodated so we left. I would not recommend this place with this horrible service.
