Super smoky, but it IS a bar. Drinks were pretty good, but I was really disappointed in the food. Bars often have really great, addicting food, but Hap’s is absolutely lacking in that department. I had a burger and fries. The burger tasted like a frozen, pre-made patty….it was dry and lacked any kind of seasoning. The fries weren’t all the way done, so they had that weird crunch that just ruins the experience. It was expensive, too, which was just the runny icing on a poorly-made cake.

The burgers were ok. Onion rings were satisfactory. Fries were nothing special. Jalapeno poppers didn’t have much flavor. The ceiling is disguising. I also would say it’s over priced. For lunch..
