Owner is very friendly and helped carry food to my car personally. I had placed a larger order and it was ready right on time. Everything was very good aside for the beef tips, they were a little tough, the flavor was great though. I would be willing to try them again.
Overall I was satisfied with the price and the quality. The store front was also clean and staff was friendly. Found my new go to pizza spot.

It’s very rare that I do any reviews however I have yet to see anyone take pride in making their customers happy as much as the owner of this location! Upon arriving I instantly noticed the place was immaculate and while it being nice and clean the owner was out side cleaning the windows! The staff were prompt and attentive as well you can really tell they care. Food was hot and delicious I will not be going to any other pizza joints moving forward! Thank you Bernard you and your staff are greatly appreciated your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

This is hands down one of the worst food service experiences I’ve ever had. The Happy’s Pizza on Van Born in Wayne, Michigan seems fundamentally incapable of getting an order right. It doesn’t matter how simple or how clearly you explain it most of the time i can barely understand the person taking my order no matter how many times i ask them to repeat back the order something is always wrong. Missing items, incorrect toppings, wrong side, undercooked cookies, food arrives cold, or the driver’s car breaks down. it’s like accuracy just isn’t part of their business model. What makes it even worse is the attitude. When you call back to fix their mistake, the staff acts annoyed, defensive, and downright disrespectful, as if you’re the problem for expecting the food you actually paid for. No apology, no accountability just irritation that they were inconvenienced by their own screw-up. And now for the real kicker, instead of correcting the situation like a professional business, they had the audacity to block me from placing future orders because they messed up. Let that sink in. Rather than improve service or own their errors, they chose to punish the customer. This place has mastered the art of bad food, worse service, and zero respect for customers. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, order literally anywhere else. This location doesn’t deserve your business.

I love this location. The food is always good especially the pizza and bbq fries. Place is always clean, customer service is great and the owner Bernard is nice. Definitely recommend this spot. If you haven’t already you have to try the bbq fries well done with a side of ranch, my fave for sure ☺️

If I can give it zero stars or negative stars I would. We have ordered other pizzas from this store. Paid $35 (including delivery) for this pizza to be delivered!!. I can’t even believe they sent it out of the door! I was absolutely appalled. Never in my life have I ever received a pizza anywhere that looked so atrocious! I ended up having to drive up there, only to speak to a so-called district manager that claims she had been there for 10 years, and yet allowed something like this to go out of her store. Clearly, the staff there needs to be retrained. In the end, I did get a refund and took my business elsewhere. (I wouldn’t trust them with another order).

We have just really started ordering from Happys. And I can say , it’s probably one of my favorite pizza places… the steak sub is top notch. Pizza cooked exactly as we asked . If they keep it going as they have been, I might not ever order from another place again.

I normally come to this location because the food is always hot and fresh. I have admittedly had a few poor customer service experiences. Tonight I had really great customer service. The cashier was very patient with me. I asked a million questions because I was placing a larger order, and she took her time and gave me the best deals that they had to offer at the time. I definitely see an improvement in the customer service. And it almost seems as if it’s under new management.
