I thought the food wouldn’t, but it did. The previous cook made the food tasty, but now the food was really bad. The dumplings are too think and texture was wierd. The Egg foo young wasn’t worth the price. You need the old chef to come back.

This is my favorite Chinese Take-out Restaurant. The service and food are always on point. I am not too fond that they do not accept card payments by phone for delivery, in fact, no delivery unless ordering via delivery service apps, such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. Nonetheless, pay by card is an option for pick-up orders and they take orders over the phone for pick-up. I recommend the vegetable fried rice and fried crab sticks, chicken and broccoli with any rice but mainly white rice, fried chicken wings, and their french fries.

Just received one of the top ten worst chinese food orders of my life. The hot & sour soup was jello consistency. The general tsos shrimp was a solid block, it had to be removed from its container with a spatula, and cut up like a steak. The vegetable dumplings were undercooked, and their filling tasted off. I feel sick from trying it all.

I ordered delivery from them, a small order of sesame chicken and fries rice only at around 4:30 online. Clock hits 6, no answer, my boyfriend calls them and they say they got the order and the address from online and hung up and now it’s 9:49 and not a single answer from them. Pretty terrible :/

I am new to Jersey City. I normally work late, and most times by the time I get home; I don’t feel like cooking. Our house orders out regularly. I have a spot I order from regularly, and for the most part has the best Chinese food thus far. They are curteousy, fast, and have excellent customer service skills. Tonight I didn’t order from my regular spot; because I didn’t have cash. Happy Work I heard is th only spot; that will do card over the phone. With a hungry family I decided, with a fast decision and ordered. Happy Wok is horrible with customer service. Their establishment is always crowed, and their customer service sucks. The delivery person demands a tip or he will give you an attitude. I definitely won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! clearly ordered 3 meals in which i had to pay for 2 sodas! I ordered a sesame SHRIMP, BUT GOT CHICKEN (i don’t even eat chicken) ONLY RECIEVED 2 SODAS when i should have had 3. And the cherry on the top was listening to a manager that sounded all of 12 years old tell me I HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF SHRIMP AND CHICKEN in order to have my order corrected!!!! Never Again.
