We were driving through Tillamook and found this little spot for Thai food and loved it. I would encourage people not to discount it simply on the basis that it’s a food truck. This is some of the best pad Thai we have ever had and we are pretty much Thai food snobs. The portions were huge, enough for two meals. Everything was super fresh and the sauce was on point and generous with extra lime just to bring out all the flavors. She also surprised us with a beautiful little strawberry rose. The collection of food trucks at this spot was really nice and clean with a covered eating area but I gave the atmosphere 4 stars simply because it was too cold to eat outside in February and there were no heaters of any sort.

This was my first time to enjoy Thai food here in Tillamook. His food is fresh and made upon order. Within 6 to 7 minutes you’ll have yourself a super hot and spicy stir fry with a really nice sticky white rice. I ordered the cashew shrimp and it did not Disappoint at all. The owner/attendant was super friendly. I will definitely be back. His prices are very good & competitive.

Should you find yourself in the Tillamook area and you like Thai food, then this is definitely a place to come. Very friendly service and you can just instantly tell you he’s a super nice guy.
I ordered the pad Thai noodles with chicken medium spice, and I can say for certain that the meal was very well prepared and had my food in less than five minutes. I’ve had a lot of pad Thai in my life, and this is definitely worthy of a five star.
