Great pizza. Cooked to order wood fired 12″ pizzas. Perfect combination of light, doughy & slightly crispy crust. It is a food truck that shares open air seating with Barrow Brewing Company and has live music on the weekends. If you are going to do just one thing, make sure you do it right & this place does.

Spent the day in Salado, TX and had the Best pizza I’ve had in a long while. Perfect crust, fresh ingredients, great flavor. I could smell and taste the smoke from the wood burning oven; subtle and just right. They use post oak and the pizzas are baked in a brick oven that was modified to fit on a food truck; unique and ingenious. Highly recommend!

WOW! I grew up in NY and it is SO hard to find good pizza outside of there.. but THIS pizza was amazing! Wood burning oven…homemade crust..good ingredients…I just can’t recommend this place enough!! We had the pepperoni and Marguerite pizzas – both delicious!

They use a brick oven on their truck to cook the pizza which is nice. We ordered the Big Don, it was good but seemed a little light on the toppings. We really wanted to Jallaleuha Jalapeño pizza but the online pizza is out of date and they no longer make it. They have an outside picnic bench covered eating area. They have a swing for the kids to sit on. There is a babbling brook and it’s a great place to bring your pets or children and enjoy the outdoors. There is a Brewery facility next door and another small establishment that sells beer on tap.

Service was good. First time trying. Not much flavor and dough was slightly still raw. Wasn’t bad pizza but tasted like just another pizza. $14.99 should pack more of a punch. Give them a try and let me know what you think.

One of the best pizza places near central Texas area. It’s close to a Neapolitan style. Under carriage is great. Took less than 10 minutes to make. Cant go wrong with wood fire pizza! Fun atmosphere with live music. There’s one thing better than pizza and that’s pizza with beer. They also have a paring list too.

What happened to this pizza joint?!?! The Country Boy’s Hunt Brothers pizza from a dude that speaks little English pizza was better than this!! And hella cheaper!! For $27 plus tip for 2 12” pies, I am really disappointed!!! I phoned in my order & requested extra basil on my margarita pizza-didn’t get it. The photos DO NOT match how the pizza looks when you get it. The kids working in there were what you’d expect-alright, nothing above & beyond. This pizza used to be really great, not sure what was happening tonight but I won’t be paying that much for mediocre pizza that’s not prepared how I request. Convenience store pizza is more on point than this.
