Casual space with plush red booths, offering typical Chinese mains such as egg foo yong & moo shu.

First time trying this place out after being in the area for 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere was peaceful, tranquil, fantastic decor and wonderful hospitality service. I even got a free pot of tea. Received a free egg soup with veggies for an appetizer and the main combination entree for me and my mother with a drink was $31 per person, not including tip, but it was enough food for 2-3 meals per person. The food was excellent. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

The Decorations and the Restaurant where beautiful. Nice soothing Chinese music complimented the environment. Our server was awesome and hosted us very well. Now as for the food the prices are decent, and the quality as well as the big servings they give will be sufficient so go hungry. Overall from entering to leaving I had and enjoyed the experience, and will be back again when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend this restaurant.
Was at this restaurant on 10 June 24.
Food is nice, portion size is big and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
We reached the restaurant 15 mins before the closing time and managed to order takeaway.
Dana and her co worker learnt that we were travellers and offered us to eat our dinner in the restaurant instead of us eating our takeaway dinner in our rented car.
The chief also cooked an asia taste dish for us knowing that we are from Asia.
They were supposed to knock off at 10pm but they stayed back for us

Great place for Happy Hour and a meal. It’s a little more expensive than I remember Chinese being, but well worth it. We had lots of leftovers for that night and the next day. We love Amy in the bar and she made me a marvelous Martini. ✨️ So delicious Definitely give it a try.

Disappointed in the food not the same as it used to be the overpriced charge you you don’t get the food that you want or that they show in the pictures or they do not give you the food that is crackling in the pictures I wouldn’t mind paying their prices if they gave me the food that I see in the picture like when I order my food and there should be walnut shrimp with a cream sauce there isn’t no on the shrimp the mistakes on the skewers that came with the bell peppers they don’t give you no steaks on the stairs with bell peppers anymore and they don’t give you much steak or bell peppers anymore I used to give you pork fried rice with the they don’t give you that anymore I used to give you a chicken shot dish and then cabbage noodles dish they don’t give you any of that I’m very disappointed in this restaurant how much they have changed and overcharged you I come a long ways Chinese food at some places I expect the best of their best and I always end up seeming getting the worst have gone downhill over the years so I figured I decided to stop by there on my way back from Spokane after 8 hours of driving I was very hungry so I stopped to have a bite to eat at one of my childhood favorite restaurants and instead got the worst service I’ve ever had in my life the food was disappointing they charge you $26 almost for their food when you get to go orders they come in a plastic box all Chinese restaurants should have changed back to the paper ones they want to use before and instead they’re trying to get cheaper and Cheaper by skimping you out on the food they give you less food Play Take a meal that’s supposed to have all kinds of vegetables in it it’s absolutely no vegetables but onions and a teriyaki sauce that there’s more sauce than there is anything they make sure they put onions in and then there’s the fried rice pork fried rice should be fresh pork fried rice add leather pork I’ve become disappointed in this place and will never go back 2 overpriced and they no longer make the food like they used to most Chinese restaurants do the same thing too a lot of the vegetables and peppers and pineapple out of the food that they’re making for you which used to come with your food on your plate but put the food that it’s supposed to be in your food your food like sweet and sour pork supposed to have pineapple bell peppers in it they don’t anymore then there’s the walnuts with a sweet honey glaze shrimp they don’t do it anymore sprinkle a little bit of stuff it’s very disappointing I’d rather pay fresh and buy my own vegetables in my own fruit and make my own homemade Chinese food because it turns out 20 times better how did you save yourself a whole hell of a lot of money making it at home the memories I used to have a Chinese restaurant I don’t have them anymore absolutely sucks

I’ve been coming here for around five years now. I really really love this place! The staff and service are outstanding! They’ve always been exceptionally kind to me from the times I’ve sat in their bar/lounge or in the main dining area. Occasionally they even host local bands for concerts in the lounge, which is especially great!
The atmosphere is decadent And reminiscent of the Chinese restaurants I grew up dining in with my parents as a kid, which means that I find this comforting and a beautiful atmosphere.
The food is REALLY good too. I haven’t had a single thing here I didn’t enjoy, and believe me I’m one of those people who usually every other visit I’m trying something new I haven’t had before. The General Tso chicken is one of my go to’s, but they also have amazing Egg Foo Young! I’m also a huge fan of three egg flower soup!
On busy nights parking can be a bit of a challenge, but if that is the case there is still ample street parking available usually. The place seems welcoming for the entire family from parents to children but is also accommodating to us who don’t have children.

I love the place but it’s become awful expensive lunch is about an average of $11.25 average dinner about $15 per menu item. Service is good, food is excellent probably the best in Longview. I had to Singapore noodles lunch it came with about I would say a half order of Singapore, fried rice, barbecue pork, tea and soup with tip you’ll probably spend about 1350 $14 for lunch

Like other reviews mentioned, the server was VERY enthusiastic and energetic, and made for a fun time ordering. There was also a very cute little girl at the front desk who was helping manage guests. The decor was nice and the place was clean. There was a live band playing.
We were a party of 8 and we were comfortably seated and the wait wasn’t very long either. And like other reviews mentioned, the portion sizes are enormous. I’ll be eating leftovers for two more meals.
I gave it three stars because the food itself was pretty bland and we had to request several sauces to make up for the lack of flavor. I understand that in a small town Chinese food isn’t going to be spectacular, but I was annoyed that we were made to pay premium prices (~$24 each) for bland large portions instead of paying a reasonable price for one portion of food, bland or otherwise.

I did not enjoy eating here. There was a musty smell from the start. The restaurant is very outdated. The food was very very overpriced and not enjoyable at all. And the staff was too busy with phone orders to be helpful. Big flop.

Please note 🙂 this was my first visit to Chinese gardens in Longview!
I took pictures of four dishes and I’m sorry, but I don’t remember all their names except for maybe one or two. our waitress was so nice and funny that she just lightens up the place. Her name is Mimi. The portions on the dish are large that they are good enough for 2 or 3 persons! We all had to bring a doggy bag home to share and eat later. Great service, great food, quiet atmosphere and just a wonderful experience! Thanks Mimi. See u next time!
