Our company was in the area for a job at the convention center. We always try to do a hot pot or KBBQ place as a group dinner or lunch, We found happy lamb. We’ve eaten at a bunch of different hot pots all around north America so heres my breakdown of this one. As far as the add on sauce bar.. i wouldn’t really say its worth the add on fee. It was a bit lack luster on that front unfortunately. The broth being an extra fee on top of the ayce fee was.. different. The crab legs I ordered were strangely extra salty? As for the dessert I ordered it was a cute little coconut pudding cat but as cute as it was, it just wasn’t that good. BUT even after the disappointments here and there.. the meat quality was very good and the presentation of it was very appealing. Our team was able to sit in the private dining room as there were enough of us to fill it up. That was a really nice touch, although I can’t say for certain i would come back to this location if I were in the area again.

Happy lamb is one of my favorite hot pot Resturants. The all you can eat is pricey but you can have as many rounds as you want so if you can eat a lot it’s a great deal. The service here is always quick and the meats are amazing as well. Their side and sauce bar is also full of so much other great stuff beyond just the sauces. Great hot pot place!

Had an incredible experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Seattle! The quality of the food was absolutely impeccable, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the difference in every bite.
But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the service. The staff was amazing, and a special shout-out to Cindy. She was so sweet, friendly, and attentive that it felt like we were enjoying a home-cooked meal right in our own kitchen. Her warmth and hospitality made the entire experience feel extra special.

Food is great, the broth is very thick in taste, good meat and vegetables seem fresh. Decent portion for all you can eat too. However, there are about 5 flies in the sauce & dessert section, just flying there. Without this it would be perfect.

There was a white boy as our server and was terrible!! He didnt take the time to greet us properly or make sure we even had the necessities like water, chopsticks, or plates. He was very passive whenever we tried to ask him for missing items. He gave us short answers and we still ended up never getting these items. Later on, the server changed and her name is Jennie. She was so sweet when trying to fix his mistakes and even made sure our visit was somewhat better. She brought out items that he said were ‘sold out’. Overall, we hope he gets trained better because we know that other tables complained about his terrible service.

The meat quality here is outstanding—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. All the meats and vegetables were fresh and delicious, and the food came out quickly with generous portions.
However, the service was quite slow. Our server didn’t check in for refills, additional orders, or even water, which was disappointing. Another downside was the $3 per person charge for the salad and sauce bar. It felt like an unexpected extra cost that could have been included in the all-you-can-eat price. Refills at the salad bar were also a bit slow.
Be aware that the restaurant gets very crowded, and parking is limited

First time at Happy Lamb, and our waitress, Jennie was the most helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable with the food, and above all, very patient to entertain all our questions being our first visit with this place. Definitely recommend to visit. The food, definitely hit the spot ! Everything was delicious and the broth are all very satisfying

We had a really disappointing experience at Happy Lamb. During our meal, we found what clearly looked like insects in the food. When we called the manager the first time, he insisted it was just a spice, picked it up with his hand, crushed it, and tried to convince us it wasn’t an insect. A little later, we found another one, and he reacted the same way again, dismissing our concern.
When we spotted a third one and I tried to record it, the response changed. Instead of properly addressing the situation, we were told they were closing and couldn’t offer a refund because the counter was already shut. The only thing offered was a discount for a future visit, which honestly didn’t make sense after what we had just experienced.
On top of that, we were asked to pay before being seated, and the staff came across as careless and dismissive throughout the situation. What was most upsetting was the lack of accountability and a genuine apology. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

Always have a good time at Happy Lamb with my husband and our friends. The food is always fresh and delicious and the the All-You-Can-Eat meal is a great deal! They also do a happy hour! Absolutely love it here!
