This place is awesome! We went for a girls night and enjoyed the whole hotpot experience! The lamb is halal here, so we were happy to have a meat option. However, the veggie broth itself is so flavorful—having just veggies would have been just fine! By the end of the night we were drinking cups of the broth, because of how flavorful it was!! If you like spicy, definitely get the spicy broth! You won’t regret it. Appreciated how clean the place was—the staff were great about checking in and refilling the broth regularly! Will definitely be going back for more!!

This place was perfect for celebrating a birthday. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not busy until it got later into the afternoon. We choose their spicy broth and tomatoes one. There was an unlimited choice of meats to choose from and a station for making your own sauce. You could also get up and get some vegetables and noodles as well. They also had some appetizer and rice as well.
Definitely will be coming here again, also your birthday meal if you come on the day of is complimentary if you come with one other person.

Solo Diners: Please Read Before Visiting
January 1st. I arrived around 4:00 PM, not during peak dinner hours. I understood it was a holiday and waited patiently.
I was told the wait would be about 25 minutes. Nearly an hour passed, and I still had no table while parties who arrived after me, including a party of two, were seated first.
When I asked the manager, I was told, “Because you are dining alone, you will need to wait longer.” There was no estimate and no apology. It was clear this was not a delay, but a decision.
I want to be fair and say that I am not certain whether this came from the host or from management. However, the result was the same: solo diners were consistently passed over.
After waiting almost an hour, I chose to leave. Only after I spoke with the manager and left did I receive a text saying my table was ready.
I rarely write negative reviews, but I am sharing this because I would not want another solo diner to experience this. I have been a loyal customer since this location opened, visiting often and never causing any issues. I came quietly and expected only fair treatment, yet I was made to feel unwelcome.
The food is very good, and the servers are excellent. This experience was not about them it reflected a management or system decision.
I sincerely hope this experience ends with me.
For those dining alone, it may be best to avoid holidays or busy times here.

Visited with my brother in-law, sister and nephews for his birthday, wasn’t sure what to expect when they were explaining it to me but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great, the food, atmosphere and service, my favorite was the spicy broth. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in town.

I love going here with friends or family for dinner! The quality of the food is always good, especially the meat! It can be a little loud in the restaurant sometimes, but nothing extreme. The staff is always quick to serve and pretty friendly if you need anything. My favorite part is the selection for your hot pot and the sauce bar! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hot pot place with lots of variety.

Very good. Had a wonderful time at this hot pot. Staff brings out meat, which you drop into your boiling broth. Eat and repeat. It’s brilliant. We went at 5pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy at all. Excellent new experience. There’s a tiny learning curve but easy once you got it. Well go back again.

This place is pretty clean compared to the most famous hotpot in China town. Food quality is okay, but it is definitely not better than cooked at home. Most products are frozen. Broth is pretty good, but I’m not sure how much MSG has been added.
