Happy Hippo Shaved Ice has a self-service flavor station so that couples and guests can help themselves to the selection on offer. Some of the flavors you can choose from include refreshing pina colada and fruity tiger’s blood, a blend of watermelon, strawberry, and coconut. There’s also an on-theme wedding cake option with vanilla cream drizzled on top for a finishing touch. We also serve delicious mini donuts and funnel cake fries. If you are looking to warm up, we also serve hot chocolate and apple cider.

I hired Happy Hippo for a corporate cookout with an Hawaiian theme. Nory and his team were fantastic to work with! They arrived early, served 150 people quickly and the truck with the bubbles and music added to the atmosphere. I recommend this shaved ice truck and i plan to hire them again.

The owner, Nuri, is very thoughtful about creating an experience that meets your needs and keeps you coming back. Tell him what you need! I’ve always used him for Icees for my large events but he also has funnel cake sticks and other items.

Happy Hippo was amazing. The kids and adults enjoyed all the flavored shaved ice. The Happy Hippo Truck added so much spice to the party from the bubble party to the delicious shaved ice.
