I wish I got a picture of the food but I was hungry and couldn’t wait to try, first time trying shawrma and I was not disappointed! Me and my friends loved everything we tried the mango lassi was also delicious! Will definitely be back again and they are so friendly and welcoming 10/10

Great food, decent prices and very welcoming staff. We had the beef kafta, chicken shawerma platter, and Flafel and they all tasted very good. The prices are decent and the meat is halal.

First i called and asked do they sell Halal meat and they said Yes. Then i started rolling 18 minutes to get there. So I went there to place my order at about 10:10pm. I believe Saljee was very nice and took my order All meat platter for $21.99 and can of coke.
Food was ready in around 10 minutes and it was delicious. I also tried Falafel which was good too. Thank you and Good luck!

This is our second time getting food from Happy Falafel. The first time we just wanted to try a few things. My Wife had the Beef Shawarma Rice Bowl, I had the Combo Shawarma Pita and we shared a small Falafel. I purchased one of all of the sauces too, just to try them out. The Garlic is spectacular, The Green Chili is very tasty, but my personal favorite is The Red Chili!
We loved it all so much, today we did almost the same thing, but ordered a large Falafel and added the Hummus. The Red Chili Sauce is incredible. A great flavor and a nice spiciness to it. I enjoyed adding it to my Pita as well as some on the Falafel. The Rice Bowl is enough for two meals for my wife, and she loves everything in it.
When I unpacked the food I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the Hummus. My plan was to add a few of The Red Chili Sauces to the Hummus and find something to dip in it. There was an unexpected large stack of Pitas with The Hummus! There was so much I decided to take a bit of Hummus and top it with some of the Red Chili in order to have a less spicy option for my Wife.
Happy Falafel is a welcome addition to the area. A great option if looking for something other than a burger or pizza. Seriously – try the sauces! I spoke with the man both times I was there, and had nice conversation while I waited, without me bothering them too much. Incredible food, great people, and I wish them all the success.

The Happy Falafel in Minooka is charming and has the best offering of tradition Middle Eastern yummy, but quick foods! We love the ‘vegetarian sampler’ with lemony hummus, warm grapes leaves and rice, baba ganoush, hot and crispy falafel, Arabic tomato and cuke salad with spices, and a smile. Tell your friends, tell your family, and tell your enemies as they will then be your friends!

First time here very friendly staff. I ordered a chicken and a steak shawarma pita. It was perfect very stuffed, tender meat, plenty of sauce. What else could you ask for? Will definitely comeback to try the kebob!!!
