We just stumbled across this restaurant while we were walking to strip.
Michael was the gentleman who was outside and he gave us a little bit of information and persuaded us to eat dinner here.
He was nothing short of exceptional and very courteous
We were seated and our waitress name was Natalie. She was very professional, had great suggestions, and took very good care of us.
We had a barbecue chicken pizza and some fries for an appetizer and everything was better than expected. The atmosphere was incredible, all of the servers were very kind and polite.
We really enjoyed the nostalgia of the setting. It complemented the night and so did the food.
Our friends had the pizza which they said was excellent.
Karla was awesome, we had the best time as she was so helpful and we had the best service. If you’re lucky enough to get her, you will have the best service and a great time.
The setting is fantastic and the food is great
It’s right across the street from the Wynn Hotel stop by and have a great time.
The service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Our server checked in and made sure we had what we needed.
The food, however, was good but not great, especially considering the price point. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the cost.
Cleanliness was another area that could use improvement. We sat at a large booth, and both the table and surrounding floor felt sticky and in need of a more thorough cleaning before seating.
Don’t touch the pillows.
When I walked in, I couldn’t help but notice, and appreciate the nice décor in the restaurant – it definitely has that outdoor camping vibe…but indoors. Since it was in the colder part of the year, the indoor heat lamps along with the firepit were activated which provided such a comfortable and relaxing feel to our dining experience. Although we didn’t sit in the area with the firepit, it was nice seeing it from a short distance. I did notice the misters on the ceiling to help customers with their dining experience during the summer months, so that was great to see.
We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wings and Mozzarella Bread Stix for our appetizers; and small Pepperoni and Ricotta pizza, small BBQ Chicken pizza, small Vodka pizza, and small Prosciutto and Spinach pizza for our entrées. The wings were good but I wish the wing sauce was a little warmer. On the other hand, the bread stix was amazing; it was the perfect temperature (didn’t burn the roof of my mouth), and the flavor/texture was outstanding. Out of the four pizzas we ordered, I ranked them in this order (one being the best; and four being last): 1. BBQ Chicken; 2. Vodka; 3. Pepperoni and Ricotta; and 4. Prosciutto and Spinach. The first two pizzas, I have zero comments or complaints except they were scrumptious! The Pepperoni and Ricotta was good but I’m not a fan of those smaller cuts of pepperoni (just a personal preference). But, the pepperoni flavor was still excellent. And finally, the Prosciutto and Spinach pizza was just ok for me; it had way too much cheese for my liking – I was hoping to mostly taste the prosciutto, spinach, and balsamic but it was overpowered by the goat cheese and cream cheese. The pizza dough/crust was adequate, but I can say that I’ve had better at other pizza restaurants around this city.
Overall, I liked this restaurant as depicted in my 4-star rating. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was reasonable considering it’s on the Strip. I especially respect this business for their support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans – thank you for that. As mentioned earlier, the décor was nice, but I felt the tables could’ve been slightly larger (I love elbow room and I don’t enjoy our plates and drinks so close to the edge of the table due to the lack of space) – we sat at one of those high tables. The customer service was phenomenal; our primary server, Agustin, was super attentive, personable/friendly, and efficient. Regardless of my minor complaints above, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
