I ordered the vermicelii with beef and egg roll. I eat Vietnamese vermicelli a LOT, so I have an expectation. It came without egg roll, but they brought me one when I asked. The egg roll is all cabbage, not great. The beef tastes like beef and broccoli, like they already have all the beef seasoned for beef and broccoli and just throw it into the bowl with Vermicelli ingredients. They add broccoli to this dish too, so all the more and not your typical vermicelii bowl. It didn’t have mint or basil but was covered with a mound of bean sprouts. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. They was no fish sauce, it lists as having sweet and sour sauce, but I didn’t taste that either, just the beef and broccoli flavor.
So… If you like the idea of a fusion between Chinese beef and broccoli (beef some with the corn starch and all) and a Vietnamese vermicelli bowl, and you have a strong love for bean sprouts, you might love this dish.
The fresh rolls were 90% iceberg lettuce and mostly the yellow lettuce at the core of the iceberg wedge which made them bitter.
The peanut sauce was good!

Very solid pho. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The broth stood out and was super tasty. I also liked the vibe of the restaurant and the travel and recipe videos on the screens. The service was quick and staff was friendly and helpful!

Had the Dragonfish soup that was very spicy, very oily but extremely different from all the other dishes I have had there. Secret menu dish – not for everyone but I feel like that soup cleared away any confusion regarding
my current state of mind. Must balance with rice to stay calm- an experience.

We dined in this restaurant tonight and everything was good except my steamed rice it smells sour. After verbalizing my concern, 2 restaurant staff asked me taste the rice from the rice cooker, I said no, my concern is what you served me, then, rhe female server was loud and asked me to asked their customers but I said no, its what was served to me not the others. She mentioned about pay, we paid without tip. Poor customer service.( When the cook offered a rice testing from the rice cooker, the pot is still full/ maybe newly cooked and pinched some rice with his fingers for testing. Gross.)

Coming back from a long trip back to the Bay Area, we stop by for some pho because constantly eating fast food was just not healthy and getting bored of. Found this restaurant which had excellent reviews and it turned out great! While the beef noodle soup had rich flavors, the meat was a little too over cooked/firm. (I guess we had an unlucky visit). Pho was definitely worth it for its price and size. The chicken chow mien is also recommended with sauces that is 10x better than any other noodle in the Bay Area. Other wise this small noodle shop is a must visit. (Also take advantage of the no sales tax before entering into California )

Best pho hands down along interstate5 in Oregon! We always have to stop by here when we’re heading down to California. The pho are super tasty and the broth taste very rich and flavorful. They always give lots of noodles! The boba are also good. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a pho along your road trip 🙂

This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint on our first visit.
The “House Special Rice” (beef, chicken and shrimp) was the best I’ve had in Oregon.
The “Seafood PHO” was phenomenal.
Will definitely be returning.
