I wanted to eat with my family it was at 7:00 at night they close at 7:30 and the lady who sent us the food didn’t want us to eat inside although the cook told her to let us eat very badly on his part there were 30 minutes left for them to close

I walked in and they had a certain plate advertised and when I went to order, they didn’t have the plate anymore. So I ordered the beef and chicken plate. When it came out, it looks good. I started eating the beef and it was bad. It was very rank. The lady at the counter argued with me that it was not bad. I tried to be as nice as I could. She rolled her eyes and was very like I don’t care. The chicken and the rest of it was good, but the beef was old and she would not back down so I give this place thumbs down

I have a pet peeve and it happened at this location. I am here in person as a customer, the phone rings. They ignore me and take an order on the phone. Businesses should attend to their customers who drove to their location first over someone who is calling in. Not only did I get ignored, I also now have to wait longer because now there is another order in front of mine. I feel it is very rude to ignore “in person” customers. I mentioned it to the worker and was ignored.

My experience has been the same as the others. Food was ok but service is beyond terrible. I kept coming back just bc I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt that maybe the lady was having a bad day. But it has always been the same. Worse when I brought my toddler. Mind you my toddler wasn’t misbehaving we grabbed the water cups and poured water from the vending machine and the lady got beyond frustrated kept saying the cups were for water. And I told her multiple times that we were getting water. She wouldn’t listen and got annoyed that we were grabbing another cup. Mind you there was three of us? What were we supposed to do? Drink all from the same cup? I will not be returning to this place.

Food is fair but the prices are insane! Beef teriyaki with fried fries instead of white cost me $20. SMH. I tried calling to order in advance and no one picked up so I had to wait 10mins

I’m so impressed with the deliciousness of their teriyaki, and I’m a seasoned Seattleite as of around 37 years. I also appreciate that the front cashier cleans every table immediately after the customer leaves.

This is by far the BEST Yakisoba I have EVER had. I was impressed! And the service seemed to know it too, and was very well mannered and polite. Great atmosphere, great food, If Yakisoba and Teriyaki are your thing, this joint is worth driving out of the way to eat at for sure.
