Everyone loves Hapa. We didn’t use to go here very often, but while being pregnant I only trust certain sushi joints. Hapa is great and they have a ton of variety for cooked rolls which while pregnant is important. I never ate cooked sushi before I was pregnant so it’s all new to me. We got the spider roll, dragon roll, 69 (maybe), and the multiple orgasm roll. I will say if you’re pregnant and love sushi like me, don’t eat at the bar! Usually I love it, watching them make the sushi, but watching all the raw fish I was so sad. Food is always delicious and speedy service. I will say the place is always packed! So make a reservation. It’s worth it!

This is my favorite Sushi place in town. I always sit at the Sushi bar because that’s where the magic happens. Austin and Dane treated me like guests in their own home. They amaze with their artistry, knife skills, and friendliness. All the food here is fresh and delicious. This place is always a taste bud explosion. It’s a must try if you haven’t been here. Really awesome atmosphere and sushi place. I heard one of the bartenders say they are actually not as busy during the weekends since during the weekends, locals go elsewhere, so if you want to go here when it’s not busy, go on the weekend. I really loved their breaded shishito peppers! Had the rock N roll, aspen roll, Mork and Mindy roll, and shumai!

Outstanding. I was lucky enough to be seated at Austin’s station at the bar. The service was quick and friendly. Our small talk was perfect for a nice Sunday evening. The food was excellent. Austin’s sushi was some of the best I had in Colorado and I’m definitely going to sit at his station again. I couldn’t have asked for a better time at a sushi restaurant.

Delicious sushi! We tried a lot of different sushi rolls and everything was fresh and delicious. The spicy edamame and gyoza were also very good. They also had a nice cocktail selection. Wine was limited but the Cabernet was good. We had a large party and the service was excellent.

My teenager took me out for dinner. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and no dress code, yay! Food on point. Orgasm Sushi weird to order for my son to try but best sushi ever. It was packed but no reservation and no wait at sushi bar.
