Wow wow wow. I don’t think l’ve ever had actual breakfast food before until eating here. Got recommended to stop here by a local antler shop near by. I stopped in and was greeted warmly and sat where I liked. Very cool atmosphere with a lot of history. Exactly the type of breakfast spot you think it is in a smaller town. Amazing food, great service, inviting environment. The prices are extremely affordable with great food! 10/10 . Makes me want to move in near by ! (Copied my review from Yelp. It’s that good!!)

The food was FANTASTIC! A little bit of a long wait just because they were so busy, but it was absolutely worth the wait. You will not leave hungry so make sure you arrive hungry because the portions are pretty big too. I included a picture of my meal and keep in mind I had already been eating off my plates for a bit before I took a picture. Came with 4 of those massive looking sausages links. They were soooo good! The waitress was so nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Great chicken-fried steak. The sausage gravy actually has chunks of sausage in it. The broccoli / cauliflower / carrots medley was grilled, not steamed. There is no sign saying “Hacienda”, this is the Motel Cafe. It is under new ownership, and is now owned by the owners of the Y Knot Winery.

New owners did a great job with the renovations while I may miss some of the old decorations. The food is just as good if not better . And the vibes are just as friendly!!!

Had breakfast. This is the second time around. First time I had breakfast at this establishment a few days prior, hashbrowns were good. Second time around, not good at all. Soggy and not crisp like before. Also had steak tacos here one evening and I thought they were good but not great. Rice and beans were great. This has been my only knock. Everything else has been great here, including atmosphere and service.

A friendly home town cafe with excellent service and great food.. a vintage style that was spotless. A little slow getting out food but it was made to order and it was pretty busy and we had time to look around at the vintage decor. We will definitely be back when passing through the area on our bi-annual trips.

This place changed ownership and jags reopened after a cute little facelift. Still has the old cafe charm! Definitely the place to stop!!
