Great coffee and friendly staff. Their regular iced lattes are on the sweeter side but they are great! I just asked for 1 pump. Nice place to relax and read since they have a lot of outdoor seating.

It is a nice little coffee shop. It isn’t huge and when I came in of course many tables had middle age guys like myself working on laptops listening to chill music that sounded like the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack…so if you like Fleetwood Mac etc not bad vibe music. I tried the honey lavender latte simply because I was intrigued by the name and wondered how the said flavors would combine but for $6 I was not disappointed. I liked how the staff left the front door cracked to allow a breeze blow threw on a hot day. My only suggestion is that the get shade for the small tables outside as it was a great day but would have been in the sun the whole time.

used to enjoy getting my pour-over and a bag o’beans. last couple times in the Lake Bluff location was told they were out of pour-overs? at 0730 in the morning? can’t just open another bag? and i was the only one in there save for a lone individual with a laptop set up at a table.

An after lunch coffee spot. Worth every penny! The staff really know how explain drinks and offer off suggestions. Ha, let me get into it! The food, or coffee was really good my friends loved it. I normally get the hot chocolate. I do like it here. The service was amazing! The staff offered suggestions and when we or I didn’t know about the tea they gave me information on it. And I like how they write names on the cups to make it very unique. The atmosphere really looked good. Compared to the other one on Libertyville. I personally like the lake bluff one more with the outdoor seating and the interior lights really make it looks modern, at least to me. Overall, if you want a personalized time and coffee or hot chocolate in my case HCR – Lake Bluff is the spot to be!
