The atmosphere is good. Chairs are extremely close together so not comfortable at all. The got our order wrong, but did put it right. Also fries were cold. But they were re done too. When it was all put right the food was good.

We went to the restaurant on Sunday evening and we were seated immediately by a staff. The decor and the ambiance were pretty cool. We ordered Smokey rösti burgers, BBQ cauliflower wings and sweet potato Pommes. The food was served in 15mins and was absolutely delicious. The burger was huge and was definitely one of the best I had in Karlsruhe. It had a smokey jam and potato hashbrown in it which made it unique. The cauliflower wings were yummy and the sweet potato fries were super crispy. Everything was served hot. The staff were also pretty cordial. They even packed the left over for us to take home. We also took two non alcoholic beverages including which our total bill came to around 50euros. However, we could get a 30% off using a screenshot of the offer they posted on there social media pages. Their menu is varied and has a great collection of chicken, beef and vegan burgers. For the prize, the food was just amazing. I will highly recommend the restaurant. Do visit if in the area.

Very good environment… totally hygienic during corona times… the staff was very active and friendly… as usual Hans Im glück delivers good burgers quickly… This is by far my favorite fast food chain. Definitely try the wilder western burger, pair it with a small salad or perhaps French fries. I personally love the barbecue sauces, it definitely makes the entire experience better and honestly it tastes amazing with their sour dough bread and whatever choice of meat you please… I also ordered the classic burger, it has a very nice tangy sauce and it’s equally as good as the wilder western burger… Honestly in my opinion whenever you go here just order the wilder western burger it’s the best one out of their entire menu… and as always Stay hungry!

Extremely long waiting. Not only for the food but even for the payment. The waitress had always an excuse, always anything else to do. Even though there was only a third of the tables occupied and there were three waiters. Come on!

Was very busy inside so we were expecting great burgers! The burgers itself were very bland, not too much flavour. The sauces also, such as Gorgonzola was very bland and also did not have much flavour. Probably would not come back, though the service was very good.

We visited HANS IM GLÜCK specifically for the student offer. When we asked our waiter, he told us the discount would be applied at checkout — simple enough.
But during checkout, the staff suddenly started making a big drama about needing an additional “HANS IM GLÜCK card” or something else, even though we had already shown our student IDs. The communication was confusing and honestly felt misleading.
I left frustrated and disappointed. This experience ruined the visit for us, and I will definitely not be coming back.
