We had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, especially thanks to our waiter John, who was very attentive and professional. He carefully explained our dish, informed us in advance about the waiting time since the dish required a longer and more complex cooking process, and made sure we were comfortable with the timing.
He also gave us helpful suggestions on how to enjoy the dish at its best, which we really appreciated.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with good music and a pleasant vibe. The food was truly excellent. Overall, a highly recommended place for both the quality of the food and the outstanding service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was impeccable, prepared with care and attention to detail. The crispy rolls were perfectly cooked – golden and crispy on the outside, full of flavor on the inside, served with very well-balanced sauces, which complemented them excellently. The pasta was delicious, with a rich, aromatic, well-bound sauce, and the texture of the pasta was just right. You can clearly feel the passion of the kitchen for taste and quality.
A big plus for the kitchen, which manages to offer tasty, well-presented and extremely satisfying dishes.
I also want to specially mention the waitress Kim, who was extraordinary: very kind, attentive, smiling and professional. She made us feel welcome and contributed enormously to the pleasant atmosphere of the evening. Her service was fast, elegant and truly appreciated.

This is my second time here this week. We had the best service both times. This time we shared an order of fresh spring rolls, curry chicken and curry vegetables. We even ended up ordering the banana crepes with chocolate mousse for dessert. I’m stuffed, but it was our last night in Hanoi. I highly recommend Hanoi Fusion. Kai was an incredible waiter!!!
