Restaurante Bar que inició su historia en México en 1999, con el nombre de Harry’s. En el 2013, por crecimiento, cambia su nombre comercial a Hank’s. Hank’s es una ventana al “Barrio Francés” de Nueva Orleans, ofreciendo a nuestros visitantes, la tradicional cocina Cajún-Criolla de Louisiana, una fusión de la gastronomía Africana, Francesa, Española y Americana. Lo que distingue a Hank’s es su atmósfera que evoca las frases Laissez les bons temps rouler (dejad que los buenos tiempos continúen) y la Joie de Vivre (la alegría de vivir).

You gotta love how consistent Hank’s is throughout the years, the food is great, service always friendly and professional, and seating at the bar you can always encounter great conversations. Also, who doesn’t love their famous 2×1 happy hour Perhaps the washrooms situation isn’t ideal, but, oh well, they can’t be perfect!

Great 2 for 1 Happy Hour at the bar and the food was also excellent. Ordered Veal Sweetbread tacos, crab cakes and octopus carpaccio. All were amazing. Though the crab cakes were rather minuscule. The flavor made up for the size.

This is a good spot, the food was very good (but not great), the staff were wonderful and the place was an upbeat vibe overall. Everyone enjoyed their food, I had the Beef carpaccio, it was fresh, served with manchego cheese and a touch of arugula. It was a bit over sauced with olive oil and a vinegar (perhaps) that had almost a lightly sweet orange flavor to it. The crab cakes were good but also very rich.

I am an expat living in Mexico, but I am from the southern US. For me, the food was excellent and I loved having dishes I haven’t had in years like gumbo and oyster poboys. My Mexican husband didn’t know most of what was on the menu, but he enjoyed the food. The portions were huge. I wish I saved room for dessert as they sounded great.

Very lively atmosphere and beautiful interiors although it was extremely noisy and the place echoed loudly. Our server worked incredibly hard and we were impressed. “Famous” hamburger was rather thin and disappointing however we enjoyed ourselves overall and will be back.

I recently visited this restaurant with some friends and had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a night out with friends. Our waiter, Leo, was particularly outstanding – he provided us with excellent service throughout the evening, always attentive and helpful with recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant in san miguel de allende, and I can’t wait to go back!
