Waited nearly 30m for drinks. An hour for appetizers and our food came out at all different time. Even sides. Waiting for completly BURNT chicken and they didn’t take it off after asking. They only gave us a discount due to the time wait. Server was HIGH and smelled like weed, just bad service. Shania was our server. Very slow.

This place is genuinely insane. A friend and I came in at 10 pm wanting some apps, stood at the door and laughed for a couple mins bc servers kept walking by avoiding eye contact. Quickly 5 mins passes and still nothing, a couple comes in behind us and we giggle about how no one noticed us, another five mins and NOTHING! Servers are now LOOKING ME IN THE EYE and not coming to seat us. The couple behind us ends up leaving as another party of 4 comes in. A couple minutes later the host finally gets to the stand, she goes straight back to the back to get clean menus, then has to clean a booth for us. She honestly seems overworked and I don’t blame her, doesn’t seem like the servers even want to make money. More than 5 tables I could see just from the door were left fully dirty. We got sat at the booth and heard a guy leaving from the booth next to us that said he got one refill in the 2 hours he was there. After 10 mins of sitting at the table, we left, bc that was insane. We both tried to grit and bare it bc we wanted spinach and artichoke dip but that is the worst service I’ve ever received, and couldn’t even bare thinking about tipping someone that neglected us so badly. Do BETTER this is unacceptable for a restaurant, 40 whole minutes wasted and our order was never even taken!

We stopped by for early dinner. The staff was great. Our server friendly. They were out of a lot of stuff so when we ordered something we had to pick something else. Food came and was okay but not outstanding.

So many dirty tables when walking in. Interesting to find out server was alone but Mgr was helping in kitchen I guess (not bussing though). It was close to 3pm and tables spread out everywhere but only 5…. plus a big group in back corner. Then I learn after rough wait time to take order, the big table was Manager Meeting! Server had great attitude and if paying attention you know she was doing her best. To get that restaurant caught up and cleaned up would’ve been 10 min of the people in that meetings time. No wonder the employee turnover is so high. Because dishes were piled up in the back, I was given my French onion soup in a untraditional shallow square dish, which took away from the soup. Like where was the liquid, bad choice all around. Was never asked my opinion of food though. I did think my chicken was fantastic and my micro mushrooms were soggy and over powered by sooooo many grilled slivered onions, I never had a chance to complain that I asked for no onions. You leave feeling sorry for the tipped (only real working) employee before leaving cause it’s not her fault.

A fight or something broke out in the kitchen we heard all types of glasses breaking and bickering going on. There was no alcohol available.The waitress was agitated but she held her composure (Belinda) did her job we had a large party with kids her customer service was good considering what she had to put up with in the kitchen. By the time we got our checks 4 of us at the table stomach starting bubbling it was the hamburger meat. Belinda carried that whole area on her back,She deserve better Applebee’s please change your policy if you guys dont have enough staff close the doors I hate seeing servers understaffed working like that

The worst applebee’s , I have been at do to do to service and atmosphere. After waiting 19 minutes for a table , we finally got settled and they had 3/4 of the restaurant, empty. And still took this long to get one table and when our food did come out, they only had 2 sets of utensils. ready, the other 2 that we needed was being cleaned so they didn’t have 4 clean utensils. Our food was arriving at different times our main course arrived before our side salads. Had to ask for a refill After the waiter saw my glass empty Several times and Ruley, customer with foul language..present staff, refusing to comp meals due to the disruption. Police have to be involved.fighting police, screaming and kicking. Our waiter refuse to do anything with our meal. We had to cut our meal short and had to evacuate our kids from the building. Do better next time, Applebee’s. I have no desire to come back to this location.

I have a problem with Belinda, the bartender, making our table wait over 20 minutes for acholic drinks then having a attitude when my sister went to the bar to politely ask about the wait.
Ken (manager) was very understanding. He listened to us and offered a meal discount.

Bartender named Belinda Q. was awful and had a nasty attitude. After waiting more than 20 minutes and we still did not have our drinks. I politely went up to the bar to simply ask about them and was snipped at immediately with a smirk on her face. Chris the server was great. The manager Ken stopped by our table and offered a sincere apology. Thank you Ken.

This has been one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to the table to greet us let alone get us drinks. A server came by and asked if we had been helped yet I told her no. She told me she would wait on us and take the table because the server we were supposed to have was “distracted in the back” I appreciate her stepping up to take the table. Service at this restaurant has gone down drastically. We always debate on even coming here anymore because service is terrible. You would think they would want to turn tables to make money but what do I know. Don’t know if I’ll be dining here anytime soon.
