Absolutely Delicious and wonderful. The owner waited on us, and told us that all of the donuts were from their own personal recipes. They had some AMAZING choices, we chose the maple iced donut. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Service, food, and atmosphere were all wonderful. We WILL be back!!! I loved all of the Homer Simpson decor and told the owner this, he said “Who loves donuts more than Homer?” AGREED!!!

Hands down these are the best donuts I have ever had! This creative new Vermont business is a MUST for any donut/pastry fan! They only use natural, locally sourced ingredients and every batch is made fresh from scratch. They sell out quick, often only two hours after opening, so you definitely want to get there quick!

After reading a lot of the negative reviews I figured I would give another opinion on this. I myself am a small Vt business owner and want to let everyone know how incredibly hard it is to run a business in VT. What I see at Hangry donut bar is a small business trying to provide the best possible product at a fair price. If the price is to high for you go to Dunkin. These were the best donuts I’ve ever had and I was totally ok paying premium price for a premium product. Keep up the good work!!!

When we came in they were only accepting cash and Venmo. I do wish they would also take cards.

What kind of magic are they making here?! These donuts are light, soft and delicious. Their flavors are perfectly balanced. Not to mention how delightful the owners are! So welcoming and even offered to walk me to my car because my hands were full! So sweet. If you go and wonder … ‘should I buy one of everything?’ the answer is YES! I can’t wait to go back ❤️

While I will absolutely recommend getting to the shop first thing in the morning to make sure you get your choice give this place a 10/10. My boyfriend and I frequent this place about every other weekend. Their vanilla bean glaze is an instant classic, the maple bacon one they occasionally have is to die for. Their chocolate glaze is a rich ganache sort and their strive for fresh and quality ingredients can be tasted in every bite. My boyfriend and I will leave with six donuts for around $27 but we never feel slighted or at a loss because the experience is worth it. If you want to taste passion please do go to this establishment. The couple, Erica and Ed, are an absolute delight to converse with. Their dedication to making an excellent product shines.
