I visited this hot chicken spot based on the reviews and unfortunately, the experience was below average compared to their competitors (Mico’s, Dave’s, Urban Bird, etc). While the service was friendly and Serg the new owner was great! The food didn’t measure up. In a city like Houston, where hot chicken is everywhere, you have to stand out. The chicken lacked flavor and clearly wasn’t marinated. My to-go order had soggy bread (bottom piece), and the house sauce was far too thin. I ordered waffle fries but got fries that resembled McDonald’s since they were out. The food came out fast, but quality was lacking. I support small businesses, but in this competitive market, this spot needs major improvements to survive.

This was so good! We are from Dallas and we’re here for a NASA trip. My son said he wants this every time we are in Houston! We got the chicken & waffles and the loaded fries. The hot is so beware. A lot of hot chicken places are just spicy with no flavor, this has loads of flavor and heat. YUM! Also, the service here was awesome! Gave recommendations, joked atound with the family, and checked on us frequently! Definitely recommend! ☺️

The best chicken sandwich spot everrrr. The vibe in here so cool & fun artwork ! Chicken here is so juicy & perfect amount of spice. The new owner was very helpful and very attentive. I got the combo 1 and it was very delicious with some fries and a fountain drink which was a perfect amount. Another comment on the fries it was very tasty and well seasoned I absolutely loved this !!! give it a try!!!

We have just moved in the area coming from the food hub of Houston Heights I can confidently say the food here is amazing.
We had the spicy Korean nuggets with steamed rice and loaded fries.
Chicken is very flavorful with the perfect crunch. Fries are also perfectly seasoned and fried. The spice on my Korean nuggets was lovely amount of heat and sweet.
Owners please hire more staff. Your night guy is amazing but he definitely doesn’t deserve to be alone for his night shifts. We came a Friday night and instantly noticed he was alone. Despite that, he came to check on us multiple times. Matthew is a delight and dedicated employees like him are a treasure.

I don’t know what I want to highlight first, the service or the food!!
To start with the service, I ordered my food over the phone and actually enjoyed the conversation that I had with the person taking my order (Serg the Owner). He was very friendly, personable, and attentive. I called just to ask a question and planned on dining in, but he went ahead and took my order and made sure that it was hot and ready for me by the time I got to the restaurant. You can tell that he genuinely cares about making sure that his customers have a pleasant dining experience (Plus, he has a great man bun)
As for the food, the chicken is absolutely stellar. The tenders are flavorful, juicy, and tasted so freaking fresh. I got the mild and I will say that they had a little bit of heat to them, but it was worth the burn because the seasoning on them was perfect. The fries were just as hot, flavorful, and crispy and paired with the Hangry sauce, It was a better combo than Tom Brady and the Super Bowl.
Overall a fantastic dining experience and Serg— thank you for blessing me with your man-bun and meaty goodness

6 wings, 10 dollars had us waiting for over 30 minutes. Sauce watery, taste meh, do not recommend. Mr friend got scammed, didn’t receive food. Soggy fries.

Nonetheless he gave us excellent service and treated us well.
Do not tip on card though, he informed us the owner takes them to recycle into the store which I’ve encountered in other businesses.
The food was delicious, although there could be improvements which I hope the owner sees and takes into consideration.

Sticky floors, grainy unchewable pieces of chicken. Dr Pepper with nothing but syrup. Major hygiene issues at this location. One guy doing it all. I returned the food virtually untouched.. They told me they can’t do refunds. Still left them with the food. Guy gave me a number to dispute with the owner. Went straight to voicemail. Id rather purchase dinner twice tonight than put that in my body. This place needs to be condemned.

Late night stop for dinner with kids in tow. The service was amazing but can we talk about those waffle fries!! They were seasoned, crispy and delicious. The show stopper was the chicken. We had levels from no heat to hot and they were seasoned to perfection. The gentleman working tonight was amazing and I’m so glad we stopped in. We will be back!!
