Nice fun new option to have in town. They have some unique menu options which is fun like funnel cake sticks, waffle sundaes, banana pudding, cider slaw, mango and seasonal shake flavors! Though the menu is big it does get confusing like the flavors for the chicken as they got both dry and wet. Everything was okay besides the trash can overflowing so was hard to throwaway stuff without getting your hands dirty. But our cashier Matthew was awesome!

First time trying Hangry Joe’s and I’ll be honest, it’s better than Raisin Canes, it was delicious! I got the boneless spicy smoke bbq wings and while they were a little spicy, they were so dang good!!

Naaaah daves hot chicken got nothing on Hangry Joes located in Woodbury!! From the food to the employees to how clean that place is, i recommend yall to come in asap!! Shoutout to Savannah for being the best employee in that joint, she definitely hooked it up and welcomed a new customer with open arms! Thats how a restaurant/fast food place should be treating customers! Fosho employee of the month/year/decade! Enjoyed my time there and will be back 100%

I ordered take out. I ordered the chicken tenders. I ordered 2 of the following (2) Angry Hot, (2) Hot, and (2) medium hot.
I was really disappointed with the spices and size of the tenders.
The chicken tenders were so small, and they had no flavor at all. There was like a splash of a sauce or something on the tender. I could tell the difference between the three different types of tenders.
They are about the size of my finger. You can bigger chicken tenders at Kwik Trip for way less money.
Two weird things happened:
You have to sign a waiver to order the Angry Wavier to order the Angry Hot, but I was not told to when ordering online.
I wanted some fried Orka, and it was not on the menu at this location. Other locations sell it though.
I asked the employee if they will ever have it? He said no probably never
After spend $14 on tenders I still felt hungry. I might comeback someday and try their chicken sandwich.

Great place for some spicy chicken!! Loved their grilled as well as fried chicken! The wrap tasted good and the mild spice level was as good as hot spice level at other places… Would certainly recommend this place for those who love spicy food!!!

Went to the new location in Woodbury which is much closer than Inver Grove and was pleasently surprised by the addition of a GRILLED Chicken Sandwich with all the spice levels of the regular. Game changer! I can “eat heat” and “eat healthy” all at the same time.
You can get the grilled in the Korean BBQ nuggets grilled as well . Going to try those next time.

Ten times better than spicy chicken than at fast food chicken chains like chik fil a , popeyes or Canes..Hangry brings the heat if you want it and hangry sauce brings the flavor.

It was good service don’t get me wrong but they forgot my waffle fries and the chicken is mid. My pickles weee mushy and slaw didn’t taste like anything. Sauce was good same with Oreo shake but the Mac and cheese tasted like it was from a hospital bland and plastic tasting I was very excited but this place is overall mid

My Mom and I went to this restaurant because my brother had suggested it. I don’t go out seeking chicken for a meal at a restaurant but HOLY CRAP, this was good! Mom got the Korean wings and waffle fries and I had the chicken and waffles. Fanfrickentastic!!! On top of the food, the manager’s done an incredible job hiring. His staff was pleasant,cheerful and went over and above. And so did he! He came to our table,asked if we were enjoying the meal, all while delivering impeccable customer service. This kind of service is hard to come by these days, I would hope people check this place out for both the food and the fantastic atmosphere!

Hangry Joe’s has consistently been my favorite fried chicken spot in the Twin Cities area the past few years. Today was my first time at this location and my experience was just wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food is just amazing. The tenders are my favorite and the medium spice is perfect for me. I tried a peppermint milkshake too and it was SO GOOD! If anyone is looking for great chicken, fries, shakes, or just overall good food definitely check this place out!
