Hands down the best!! The food is so fricking tasty. Every bite of any item on the menu and I’ve tried all has your taste buds exploding. Everything on the menu is freshly cooked while you wait & worth it. The amount of food and portion sizes that you get per price is unbeatable. The photo of the loaded mac & cheese, was loaded w/plenty of chicken. If you are a spicy daredevil, Hangry Joe’s will set your palate on fire. Darrius has the absolute best attitude. Never entered when he wasn’t, friendly, singing or smiling and he makes the best milkshakes. This is the Ft Wash MD location but have multiple locations cross the DMV, Jefferson Davis Hwy VA, Crane Hwy MD, Waldorf, MD, etc. I just found one on Duke street in VA. No matter where I am if I see a Hangry Joe’s, I’m stopping.

Best chicken spot in the area by far. Super flavorful stays open late and extremely reasonable prices. High quality chicken sandwiches.And despite the name they have chicken that’s not spicy. This place always disappoints me with their rules. They wont let me simply pay extra for what I want. It’s either their way or get out! Luckily they are right next door to another chicken place! Is it too difficult to get my 2 piece dark? NO. Their 2 pieces only come with white meat!! Can I buy an additional piece of chicken? NO.

The establishment was very clean, workers were very nice. The food was delicious, I got a combo 1, and the sandwich was perfectly seasoned. I got mild and it wasn’t that spicy at all, edible. This place is also Halal!

Terrible experience at this location. The young African American cashier at the front had a rude attitude and zero sense of customer service — seemed annoyed just to be doing their job. On top of that, the food came out cold and way too salty. Totally disappointing all around. Won’t be coming back.

Website shows Fort Washington location is open until 12am. Put in an online order at 11:10pm website allows order to be picked up ASAP got a call and was told they closed 10 mins ago and hours were changed and no update was made to website but they can not issue refunds for orders made on their website and I could come in tomorrow and pick the order up a receipt would be taped to the wall but they could do nothing for me I’m at the hospital with a family member and will not be close by to pick up food. Response maybe a manager can call you tomorrow but we don’t issue website refunds I inquired if corporate knew they closed early she stated they were aware but are they aware the store is still taking money after you’ll close and unable to make refunds i

Got an order for pickup. Workers are very friendly. The portions are gigantic. I got the messy sando which came with waffle fries and slaw and I also got the funnel cake fries. Everything was delicious! Food is a little greasy but you are eating at a fast food place. Will definitely come back.

If you’re in the mood for Chick-fil-A but don’t feel like driving all the way down to Waldorf… this is the place to go. The sandwich was huge. You can split it with another person. It was spicier than I expected. So if you’re unsure of your spice tolerance go with mild. Great addition to the Fort Washington community.
