Good sushi does exist in Santa Clarita! When I first moved here from Vancouver, one of my foodie disappointments was not having good sushi options nearby.

AMAZING! We have found our new favorite sushi restaurant in the SCV. Fish was so fresh and full of flavor. All cooked food was delicious. So Many options of rolls, sushi and appetizers. Service was equally incredible. Visit this place soon. You will not regret it!

When I say every single bite of food was amazing- I mean it! From the kids meal on the coolest shark plate, to the sake and toro, and smoked salmon roll. Amazing in every bite. The vibe is just awesome too! Its also a little tucked in behind Snack Run so it’s not easy to see, but it is a must that you go there! The dessert we had was a pistachio ice cream with a huge melted marshmallow on top! So yum!

I’ll buck the trend. I wasnt impressed. One thing I will say right off the bat, the main comments in reviews that aren’t positive talk about the high prices and I disagree. It’s not cheap but also not outrageous. Which ia good because for me the prices were commiserate with the quality. Good and some things VERY good like the lemon ice cream desert, created by a non chef employee. If we go back it’ll be for that desert. Phenomenal. The appetizers and sushi, it was good. Fresh. Creative. They did not blowe away and certainly don’t deserve 5 stars or even 4. 3.8 or so. Service was great. Helpful, fun and attentive. So why not higher? You have to practically scream to communicate. The space is much smaller than the picture look, for me anyway and it’s packed. It was one of, if not the loudest restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. Terrible. Cramped at the tables. Just felt…..repressive. If google reviews had a clue they’d make reviews 0-10 instead of to 5 so I could more accurately rate it. It’s a 3.5, maybe a 3.7 and I typically round up but the noise level, and the amount of what I see as false love took it to a 3 for me. It’s good, just don’t expect great and of you want to speak to anyone in your party bring megaphone.

Best sushi we’ve ever had. Family owned, the owners are there every day socializing with the customers and making everyone feel like it’s their second home. Beyond happy we found this place. We now come here practically every week. The atmosphere is lively! Decoration unique and modern. We see similar faces all the time now which is a testament to customers coming back all the time. Majority of the fish is sourced straight from Japan, and some is local from Santa Barbara. The chefs will tell you all about the fish, its origins and habitat if you ask, but you don’t even need to ask – they’ll educate you on what you’re about to eat. The menu keeps being updated with new items. But for best experience just ask the chefs to create something yummy for you and you will love it, guaranteed!

A random sushi spot in Canyon Country tucked in a random shopping mall- and to think it’s some of the better sushi I’ve ever had. Service is wonderful, the servers are always attentive. The chefs will make you anything you request and the way you make like it. I’ve only ever sat at the bar and love it. They have over 20 different kinds of fish alone, along with specialties that may be seasonal (check out the cherry blossom trout). All in all compared to most other sushi spots I’ve been too, this is just about top notch. It will come at that premium price point too, but you will absolutely notice the quality. Very very good!! If you enjoy sushi, I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hanasaki, it was an absolute delight! The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Each bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant was 10/10. I can’t recommend Hanasaki enough! If you’re a sushi lover like me, you definitely need to check it out. Can’t wait to go back!

The sushi at this place is amazing, arguably the best in all of Santa Clarita. What I love most is its convenient location within walking distance from my home. The owners are fantastic, incredibly friendly, making it one of my favorite spots. Moreover, post-Covid, the food quality has significantly declined, but not this spot! This place is truly magnificent!

A must try! The freshness and quality of fish was outstanding! We tried both nigiri, and rolls. By far some of the best quality sushi in the Santa Clarita Valley IMO. Service was excellent, and the restaurant atmosphere gave great vibes! We will be back! Give em a try!
