We are a mobile Food Trailer that specializes in bacon. We brine, smoke and cut our pork belly, we also grind our own special blend burger meat and make gourmet products. We focus on integrity, customer service and customer satisfaction of products. We try to source the freshest product to our customers, and try to be consistent so that you get the same great product every time you come to our trailer. We are a mobile food trailer so our hours of operation vary from location to location.
