We had a great experience at Hanabi Sushi Hibachi and Ramen. The staff was very nice and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Service was attentive without being overwhelming.
The food was excellent. The Mermaid Roll was especially good — the banana in it gives a unique, slightly sweet touch that really works and sets it apart from typical rolls. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
The ramen was delicious as well — rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and full of flavor. Overall, a solid spot for sushi and ramen with friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I ate here for the first time the other day. Love the minimalist modern decor, pleasant not too loud music, good service and food. We got the sushi sashimi deluxe for two. It was very fresh and very good. When you get this type of dish, there’s not much you can do to cover if the fish isn’t good. And that was not the case here because the fish was very good. The food also came with a really nice presentation. So far the best sushi that I’ve had in the Hudson/Port Richey area. Good drink selection and we love hot sake so we got that. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other dishes, like Ramen, hibachi, and Undon.

The sushi was delicious!!! My daughter ordered the shrimp and avocado roll which we thought may have been tempura but it wasn’t, nonetheless. It was good. They brought us out a Mexican roll to be kind. I subbed soy paper on mine for an extra $2 which was well worth it. Crab Rangoon was delicious as well. Service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Hanabi Sushi in Hudson absolutely deserves all five stars! I stopped in recently and ordered the shrimp tempura, and wow hands-down the best shrimp tempura I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, light, and cooked just right without being greasy at all. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and put real care into every dish.
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and everything that came out of the kitchen looked incredible. If you’re anywhere near Hudson and love sushi, or especially shrimp tempura you have to try Hanabi. Total game changer.

This is our second time eating here, and it was just as great as the first. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was excellent as well; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome both times we visited. The restaurant is always clean and inviting, which adds to the overall experience.

Tried Hanabi for the first time and we were surprised at the quality, cleanliness and service at this little gem. It’s in a strip mall, I never noticed it before, was craving some Thai or Hibachi and they have both along with sushi, noodle bowls and a very large menu. We were warmly greeted and served promptly with warm and delicious dinners. I had the Thai fried rice with shrimp, steak, chicken and veggies, very good and my partner had Hibachi shrimp and steak, excellent and both large portions. We will be returning to try more dishes as such a wide selection I couldn’t decide so I tried a basic dish first. Every was perfect, even the soup, onion with mushrooms was very good.

The Crab Rangoon was the star of the night. One of the best I’ve had. Steak hibachi was pretty good. Bento box you can choose what you want. Service was great. Even though it was busy we were seated pretty quickly.

We had an amazing time at the HANABI sushi restaurant, which is a hidden gem, we enjoyed the Hot saki and mango sangria, our dinner was the crab Rangoon, the spider and crab / tuna sushi rolls, wow, so delicious, plus the fried cheesecake, so yummy!!! Everything was fresh and divine!

First time here, and it definitely will NOT be the last! Came here with my Family and the 9 year old says this is the greatest since sliced bread! Planning on coming once a week! The food was delish, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the waitress had given us wonderful recommendations on which to try! Very friendly, and the soup was comforting and amazing! Highly recommended and would definitely be on repeat!
