We have been coming here for years….We love it here! Even though the sashimi portion sizes have shrunk we still stay loyal. Tonight it changed for us. Its Friday night, we arrived at 7:30 by 8pm our server had gone home & not said anything, leaving us ignored, 8:15 they were already packing up for the night. Noone else came over to see if we were ok, finally a server came over with our check & we had to say we weren’t done ordering. We were feeling very rushed. Another table came in at 8:30 and they were commenting on the same thing. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and you stay true to your hours of service, if you close at 9pm doors remain open & happy to seat until 8:59…that’s the way its supposed to be. Unfortunately we won’t be back, our daughter found a new local sushi place for the same reason, we did not want to change however this experience was horrible. And we will definitely be making that change now.

I love this restaurant, but not tonight. I order 2 rolls. Asparagus Tempura Roll and the Angry Bird roll. The one picture is what I thought I was getting the other is what I got. So much eel sauce that it fell apart and was sooo sickeningly sweet. Both rolls were. I didn’t know the Angry Bird roll even had eel sauce on it. It didn’t say it came with eel sauce. I only ate a few pieces as you can see and when I said something about how bad it was and how sweet it was they said next time order it with the sauce on the side. There won’t be a next time. Sadly. And it was my birthday ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

The service was absolutely amazing. The receipt said our server was Kathryn. She was sweet, very efficient and friendly. On a scale of 10, a 12 as service goes.

Good sushi! 2 premium rolls sushi for $19.99 for dine in only. We were able to take home some leftovers. My daughter ordered 2 roll specials, Michelle’s Roll and Volcano Roll (no rice) and I ordered another 2 roll specials, Golden Hana Roll and Imperial Roll. As for appetizer, we ordered calamari tempura and gyoza, mango mochi for dessert.

I have to say, we, my family. Last Friday, our daughter pick us up her treat to celebrate a special occasion in her life. My wife loves sushi, I like it, but not as much as she does.
I have to say our experience was extremely so far. Beginning with our server, look like she had been in an argument with her wife all day with an attitude and look that she gave us.
We ordered… but after 15 minutes.. she brought my wife’s meal, but after 30 minutes, my daughter n my food still wasn’t ready, not even the edamame. When we mentioned it to her, she made some excuse about something being wrong with the printer, although others who came in afterwards, were getting their meal. We told her never mind cancel the order we paid for my wife’s and we left and said never ever again. The service was horrendous, and when we asked for lemon wedges for our water,Lol…Unbelievable!

With tons of kids it’s hard to be able to experience Sushi on a regular basis and normally when we do we have to DoorDash it. So this is a treat for us Sushi fans! We love Hana Sushi and being able to actually go inside the restaurant is always fabulous! We did have quite a bit of a wait, but on a Friday night that is to be expected. Regardless, of the wait it is truly worth it. Fresh and always fabulous! Thanks so much for the great service and fabulous food!

Very inviting. Sweet, friendly, and understanding crew. The food was good. I personally like sauce/drippings on my sushi. This was my first time there. I will go again one day but maybe this time ask for a drizzle of some sauce.
Extra perk: if you check in on FB or yelp you get an extra 10%
I’m only giving it a 3 star for now because I like more spice and sauces, also the seating and wall area we were in were worn out.

We had the most delicious Sushi. Chef Koba and waiters and waitress were very accommodating. We had a party of 8 for a Birthday Lunch and everyone treated us like Royalty and gave us excellent service. Thank you! ❤️

This place has gone so far down since Jane was the owner. My 3×3 sashimi was half the size it used to be. The Nigeri was small as well. The service not very good. The other Hanas have maintained their excellence.
