Food was great and tasty! We went for Hans birthday deal which was 40 dollars for all you can eat sushi. Pretty decent deal for good quality rolls. All the food was fresh and tasty with only minor complaints. The nigiri was a little too big for my preference but overall very great flavor. And Han is a mad scientist when it comes to a variety of different sushi rolls it is insane how many different options they have. Overall great experience but could be a couple tweaks that I believe could take it over the top.

I’ve been hearing all the rave about this diamond gem in Joplin and decided to check it out myself.
The whole store was very neat a dn very clean. I liked how everything was very simple you know where everything was. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive and very kind.
The food was amazing considering we live in Missouri you don’t really hear a lot about great sushi places in town but this one definitely was AMAZING!
You have a lot of sushi choices to choose from so don’t think it’s just going to be 20 items you’re looking at at least more than that!
Overall
5/5

First time in and it was a wonderful experience. The chef even offered to make me a special kind of sushi due to an allergy I have. The servers were absolutely amazing. Our drinks were never empty. She filled them up almost immediately every time they got low. It will be the only sushi place I ever go to from here on out.

Worst sushi I’ve had in a while. Fish cuts were uneven, had a bad mouthfeel. Lemon was not sliced nearly thin enough on the citrus roll, so I ended up eating lemon rind instead of having citrus flavor. You have to ask for a soy sauce ramekin, so there is no clean place to set your chopsticks down by default after your appetizer. Speaking of appetizers, I got a terribly wilted salad absolutely swimming in dressing. I love that Japanese style salad, but I did not like this one. Do your self a favor, save a few bucks and just grab a roll rom Sam’s Club.

We arrived about 40 minutes until they closed. All of the staff was great and the food was amazing. At the end of our meal the owner came by our table to ask how things were and he had a chat with my son who had just tried a sip of my crybaby ramen broth which was delicious but spicy “hence the name” lol. The owner was awesome and brought him a free piece of cheesecake. We for sure expect to make a return trip and I would 100% recommend.

If you haven’t tried the Queen Elizabeth at Hans, you should. This roll may topple over my favorite which is the Rainbow. It literally keeps your taste buds guessing what flavor is next. 10/10 recommend!! The waitress was very knowledgeable and recommend this roll to me. Thank you!

My friend has been searching for years for crab rangoon of this caliber – and we found it!! If you cup your hand, as if you’re holding a hemisphere of a softball – you found the size of the ones here!! Salad with house dressing and miso soup were also on point. The sushi was excellent too. Definitely on the list of places to stop by again!! The restaurant was spotless and was packed for the lunch rush but service was still fantastic.

During our travels from WI to TX, we had dinner at Han’s. We all agreed we had some of the best sushi ever! The specialty roll selection extended from the menu to a binder. The rolls we got were big, flavorful, and unique. We craved it the rest of our trip and even tried to plan to stop again on our way home, but the timing didn’t work out! Best Sushi Ever!

So nice, I had it twice…in four days.
My buddy Chris hit me up shortly after my open call for a lunch buddy and before we knew it we were chop sticks deep in ramen. His first, my second.
Han himself stepped out to visit with the customers and was even kind enough to humble me with a photo.
The new spot has waaaaay more room for activities AND ramen absolutely everyday ( that they’re open ), of your into such things.
To great friends and delicious ramen.
