I love halal food, so I gotta be honest, this is now my favorite halal place. The falafel balls are crispy and fresh. Chicken over rice that I had tonight was extraordinary! My daughter asked why I shook my head and I said because the food is so good. The gentlemen who worked here are also very friendly and I like how they go out of their way to make my 5 year old feel welcome. Ill be back next Wednesday after swim class.

I came here for the first time tonight and was blown away! The food is exceptional and tasty, and the fries are fresh and crispy. But the real reason I came here was to leave a raving review for Abdul! From the very moment I stepped in, he made me feel welcomed and cared for. He was attentive, friendly, laid-back, and even gave me suggestions for meat free meal options. I felt so invited! It’s really hard to come across genuine people these days, especially in customer service. Thanks to Abdul, this place really stood out to me and I am so glad I stopped in. I will definitely be returning and telling all of my friends about this restaurant. This man deserves a raise!!!

Great that this company/brand is opening more locations on Long Island, making it convenient for more customers. Usually patronize their other location in Hicksville and was told they had recently opened this location. Location is easily accessible, with some available parking. Service was fast as expected and staff was friendly. Had the chicken over rice platter, which also has fries…an added value. Overall, the platter does appear to have smaller portions than before, but the flavor and quality was still exceptional. Small, yet spacious, and clean restaurant with some dining inside and outside.

I want to share a serious issue I’ve experienced twice at the Bellmore location, and I’m disappointed that my direct complaint to the business went unanswered.
On two separate occasions — first in late July/early August and again in mid-October — the same employee made completely inappropriate assumptions about my ethnicity. During both visits, our entire interaction was in English: he greeted me in English, took my order in English, and handled the entire transaction normally. But right as I was leaving, he suddenly switched to speaking to me in Chinese and assumed my ethnicity out of nowhere.
After the first time, I corrected him politely and gave him the benefit of the doubt. For him to repeat this behavior months later is unacceptable and very clearly intentional. This is disrespectful, racially insensitive, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable in front of other customers.
The rest of the staff have always been kind and professional, which makes this behavior stand out even more. But the fact that this happened twice, and that my formal complaint to the business was ignored, feels extremely disappointing.
Customers should be treated with respect, and having my ethnicity assumed — after correcting the employee the first time — is completely inappropriate. I hope management takes this seriously so no one else has to deal with the same experience.

Everything is always so fresh and clean. Today I bought rice chicken and lamb. Definitely 100% The Turkish gentleman is always here and is very attentive. I thought he was the owner, but he is a single worker and treats everyone like family. We will always come back!

Do not come here . They will steal your money. This is not a halal business.
I made a order online.
They took the money out of my account.
Then they contact me and told me that the order was canceled.
I reached out the next day to make sure that they remember to put the money back into my account.
They said they would. (BUT THEY NEVER DID)
I just got off the phone with my bank because I had to report this problem. ( please give me back my money) I am trying to add screenshots to proof what i am saying but the page is not allowing me to add pictures.

What a find! We were at LI Trading Post and decided to try this place next door. The food was amazing, best falafels. The portions were big and the prices so reasonable. Sweet staff! Will definitely go back.
