Our Southampton location, established in 2013, is our Coffee Experience Store and a casual café & espresso bar, bakery, and juice bar. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, and if weather permits you can dine on our outdoor patio or sit inside at our custom-made curving window bar or settle in to one of our cozy leather armchairs. We’re family- and pet-friendly, fully handicapped accessible, and offer free Wi-Fi!

We received wonderful service from Candice at Hampton Coffee Company (Southampton) …Not to mention we enjoyed our coffee’s They were yummy!
To top it off… I had used their restroom, and I took my wedding rings off as I always do to wash my hands (or at least I used to take them off ) and I accidentally left my wedding rings at the sink. I walked out of the coffee shop, and as we were getting ready to drive off; there was tap on my window; and it was Candice tapping on our car window with my rings in her hand♥️ I am so grateful for your honesty and for your integrity in returning them to me♥️ You don’t always see those qualities in people in today’s world!!! So thank you so very much Candice♥️ We will always remember you♥️
You are definitely the kind of person and employee that I would want on my team!!! You’re definitely management quality!! I would definitely say that you are an asset to Hampton Coffee Company

Good coffee – nice place to sit and sip for a few minutes. My husband had a muffin of some sort and said it was good. The vibe could be a bit more welcoming and comfortable though with more comfy chairs and warmer colors. Love that they have a $7000 small espresso machine for sale at the entrance. Reminds me that we are in The Hamptons.

Tried this place with my husband and very underwhelming for the price. My coffee was good but my husbands had a hair in the whipped cream so he politely asked for a new one and they gave him a look as if it was so weird he request a new one? The customer service was really disappointing. We ordered sandwiches too and they were very small portions and sloppily thrown together so the presentation wasn’t great. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the price in my opinion

Excellent latte, very good panini. Service was really strong. Parking can be a little weird as the lot is shared with a bmw dealership but besides that 5 star experience.

Deserves 4.5 stars! The coffee was great (I got a vanilla iced coffee with oat milk), staff great, cleanliness great, no wait, nice design. I’m glad we went here instead of an alternative coffee place because it was definitely good promised quality. Most likely the best in the area! I haven’t gotten to try their food yet so I will wait before giving the full 5 stars. But otherwise yes we’d come back! Good job!

Stopped in for lobster rolls. The lobster rolls are delicious. The staff are all very nice and helpful.
We ordered 2 lobster rolls. One chilled, one hot. They were nice portions. We waited outside, due to covid, and they brought the rolls to our car.

Makes me sad to write this because I usually love this place. I went to Hampton Coffee in Southampton with my friends this morning. I walked up and the lady talking to me was immediately rude even though I greeted her with kindness. I ordered a large iced coffee with 4 pumps caramel and oat milk. She told me I needed to put in my own milk, which 1. I have never had to do and 2. she put in a special request to leave room for milk, meaning that it’s usually a request not a protocol. I then asked for a wrap in which they gave me a wrap that wasn’t even the size of my hand, I am 5’2. I am just very disappointed in my experience, especially for 17$. I gave the service a 2 because the girl who was making my food was very nice, she had curly hair and glasses, props to her.

I really wanted to like Hampton Coffee, but the espresso is downright disappointing. It tastes burnt, bitter, and oily — like they completely missed the memo that espresso can actually be smooth, nuanced, and flavorful. It’s the kind of shot that makes you wince, not savor. Given how far specialty coffee has come, this feels like a major step backward.
What makes it worse is the price point, which is high enough that you’d expect a much better, single origin product. For what they charge, the quality just doesn’t hold up.
That said, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate their hours — it’s a convenient stop, and some of the pastries and sandwiches are delicious. I only wish the coffee lived up to the rest of the experience.
