We tried the insider eatery today and my husband I decided on the Hammered Cow and they did not disappoint! My husband had the hammered burger and I had the patty melt and both were huge! Food was ready pretty quick and hot! Service was friendly and attentive.

The ordering experience was very simple and they had good options. I thought the prices were a little steep but nothing I didn’t expect. The burger was cooked and tasted very well but the fries were a little soggy and plain. I found them hard to eat after a few minutes but that’s not the worst it could’ve been. The seating arrangement is not changeable due to the nature of the Insider but it was rather cramped and confusing. I think this business had the legs to stand on their own one day and get an exclusive location with better seating! Overall not bad and I will likely return.

First time eating here as I travel allot. I was unsure of what to try as I was looking at the menu Abby came up and answered all the question I had PLUS suggested ‘The Hammer’. Abby’s description of the menu was very detailed it was hard for me to choose which one to order. The burger was massive and very filling by itself. But then Abby suggested a side of onion rings which were fantastic!!

Great Food! Great staff, very friendly and answered all my questions! I went with the moo melt. Very good if I can make a suggestion for anyone wanting to try it, is to ask for the sauce on the side & cut in half! Trust me 😉

This awesome spot is situated in The Insider Food Hall. With a group of 6 friends, we were delighted to find a variety of options ranging from Asian cuisine to Italian dishes, and even some deli treats. There was truly something to satisfy everyone’s cravings. The ambiance reminded us of a bustling mall food court, but the food quality was definitely a step above.

The burgers are huge and so flavorful. The fries are hot and good. I highly recommend. Really fast service and polite. Cooked on site and not headed when ordered. Friendly staff.

I love coming here but I hate the drive. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add the veggie patty to door dash! It’s so delicious and all of my friends are vegan, whenever we want a good burger we always go here and the staff is always so awesome. The only complaint I have is that I can’t door dash or order online at all 🙁

We dined here after a long day of travel, and boy did it hit the spot. I had the Pi-moo-nto, my husband had the Moo-uau, and our young kids each had the kids cheeseburger. All of the burgers were so mouth-wateringly delicious. My husband’s onion rings were spot-on: cooked and seasoned perfectly. The fries were seasoned well, too, not just treated like an afterthought.
The staff member at the register (Matt) was helpful and friendly. Honestly, the whole vibe of the Insider is warm and welcoming.

I cannot exaggerate on how big that burger was. I had the Moo-aua, and it was delicious! Of course when I got home I threw extra cheese and lettuce on it but it was tasty burger and held its weight up for its price tag. Cool burger joint at the moment and won’t be the last stop.
