Clean facilities and a neat space for children makes it more unique than other food joints nearby. The food is excellent, the staff are helpful and VERY fast, and the atmosphere is great. The decorations are neat too.

I ordered a double cheese burger with ketchup, mayo, tomato and onion on Doordash and paid $1.50 more for cheese curds, what i did not know is that the curds went on my burger! Lol
I also had to try their apple pie cuz it looks so much like the one McD’s used to sell, and while its close its just not as good! But worth it! Overall decent food!

Kid play area inside is a nice touch, and the restaurant is clean, with good spacing between tables.
Food is pretty good (Olive Burger, Fries, Cheese Curds, and Chocolate Milkshake). The burger is about on par with other fast food burgers, maybe a slight bit above. The fries were crispy and good. The cheese curds are pretty good, but maybe a notch below Culvers (definitely rank below Freddy’s and Bdubs). They tasted a bit like grease to be honest, but I may have just had a mediocre batch.
1 star was lost primarily for lack of clarity on the Kids Meals. There are no prices listed on the Kids Meals. It also says “Includes small fries and choice of small drink, milk, or apple juice”. When I ordered with an apple juice, a $1.00 charge was added to the order. The employees informed me that the apple juice was an up-charge, and re-input my order with a small soft drink instead. There was no additional charge for the small drink. I think the additional charge should be clarified and noted on the menu, and the kids meal prices should be shown as well.
Staff was pleasant!

For practically the same price as the frozen burger you get from, you know where, you can get a fresh, delicious burger here at Halo! I’m not sure what the bad review was all about, as he takes a picture of a fully eaten burger 🙂 But this was my first time ever trying a Halo burger and I loved it. It was fresh and tasted just like a homemade burger but better. I got the tater tots, which were perfectly crispy and just the right amount. So many burgers to chose from but so far the Supreme burger was a hit! The staff members were pleasant and on top of it! And the little extra waiting time in line, is well worth it when you are getting a fresh burger patty, with all your favorite toppings. For a fast food burger joint, you can’t go wrong with Halo!! I’m so glad Halo Burger is finally making their way to MICHIGAN.

Literally not nasty. Idk what the others are talking about! Not a gormet burger but still pretty good and very quick! I do wish they had more Zero calorie drink options. Kinda pricey but literally in 2025 everything is. Staff is super friendly! I’ll be back for sure.

I would not go back. First time ever eating at a Halo burger. The burger was just your usual fast food junk burger. It was cold and there was an onion peel in my burger! Gross! The fries were kind of hard like they were old. Not impressed. There’s better fast food out there.

Really good burger and fries. The burger was on par with most fast food level burgers but with fresh cut veggies and very melty cheese. Nice fries that were hot, crispy, not over cooked. Maybe a bit heavy on the salt for my liking. This was a great first experience with this location. As a person who went to college in Flint this was fun to see this coming to Walled Lake. Nice addition to the neighborhood and much better than several of the other Fast Food options near by. This will be my go to when I have the occasional desire for fast food.

Cannot believe I’ve lived in the metro Detroit area for almost 5 years and had no idea there was a Halo Burger this close to me! This Flint girl is happy to have found this place. My only complaint is that the Flint style coney, is not really a Flint style coney because the dog is not a Koegel. Olive burger was great though!

I waited near 30 minutes in the drive through to be given the wrong order. I ordered a double QP and was given this. One patty, no pickles or onions. Fries are hard as rocks. At least the cheese curds are okay. I’m never going back, regardless.
