Love this place! Half Baked Bistro has so many delicious vegetarian options it’s hard to decide what to get. My favorite is the brunch roti, but honestly you can put their house-made red sauce on anything and it’s incredible. Chef Nav is always so friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

Just stopped in for a late breakfast/early lunch as we passed through town. Coffee was delicious, biscuits and gravy were so good and my husband had the special and it was delightful! I can say I’ve never been to such a unique place. I wish we didn’t live two hours away but we will definitely find a reason to come back again!

I ordered a Big Salad with no protein. It was a gorgeous work of art. I didn’t want to eat it because it was so visually appealing. The veggies were cut nicely, the delicate lettuce was fantastic. And the poppy seed dressing was light, but flavorful. Customer service was friendly and superb. I will order again and again.

Chef Navin has brought his culinary skills to Centerburg and I couldn’t be happier! The food is high quality and delicious. Finding scratch made, quality food in a small town can be a challenge so this is a welcome addition to our town. There are delicious baked goods and specialty coffees too. If you’re outside of the area, I promise it’s worth the trip!
