We tried the Thai broth and the Hot & Spicy broth. I personally liked the Hot & Spicy one more it had great heat and flavor. The Thai broth was mildly spicy with a sour note, still good but much lighter compared to the Hot & Spicy.

They also have a really nice appetizer spread, including spring rolls, sushi, fried chicken, cold noodles, two types of pastries, and fresh fruits. For drinks, there’s boba tea, which was a fun addition, and they also offer soft serve to end the meal.

Overall, it was a satisfying halal hotpot experience with lots of variety and good flavors. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy hotpot and like having multiple options in one place.

I recently had dinner here with family. We all shared a hot pot and it was a very enjoyable experience.

For the uninitiated, hot pot is when the restaurant provides a pot with a base like tomato or peppercorn, etc. and then you add raw ingredients. The ingredients can be fish, very thin slices of meat, or vegetables, etc. You take the ingredients out when they are cooked, and dip them in the sauce of your choice before eating.

Our hot pot was divided in two, we had the original base, and tomato base. The way this restaurant does it is a little like a buffet. It’s all you can eat, and you go get the ingredients of your choice as often as you like. They have many dipping sauces too. To prevent food waste, anything wasted over 0.8lbs is charged as if an additional adult was at the table (I personally like this rule – food shouldn’t be wasted).

Each member of our party liked different ingredients. I liked the veggies, especially the pumpkin. My husband liked the chicken balls, beef balls, and fish cakes. My mother-in-law really liked the lobster balls, especially with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Service was good, and the setting was really nice. I highly recommend this establishment for halal hot pot.

It was a fun and delicious dining experience. Everything was delightful. Note: the peppercorn broth is probably not the choice for people visiting from the Midwest. It will numb your tongue. There was a wonderful array of options for the Hotpot. The chocolate ice cream was wonderful.

My favorite restaurant in Fremont. Very authentic Xinjiang cuisine especially the fried rice noodle even better than most of the restaurants in China.

Very good delicious hotpot , spicy soup base with beef and lamp is perfect , also you can suit yourself for vegetables and side dishes all included in the one person hotpot meal deal , and they even have a music concert in the restaurant, except hotpot , the dishes such as big plate chicken and fried lamb with scallion are also delicious

Update: I have been here multiple times and really enjoy it! The restaurant is large and clean with plenty of seating. For hot pot there are so many options for veggies, meats and seafood and noodles. And they also have a prayer room.

Had the halal hotpot with two different soups. It was delicious we went during lunch time and it was so fun seeing the whole area to choose all items to add into the soup. The Thai soup was so spicy but absolutely delicious, loved that everything was halal. The restaurant itself is large and they have options if you are not interested in hotpot. Would highly recommend!

A la carte dishes touch on the quintessential flavors of Xinjiang cuisine, but fall short of hitting the spot.

Lamb Kebab is only mildly spiced, not covered in smoky, savory paprika. Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken (with noodle add-on), comes in saucy red, but lacks the tingle of Sichuan peppercorn or subtle aromatics of just a little cinnamon or star anise.

A good option when craving Xinjiang cuisine, but likely not up to par with others you may have tried. All-you-can-eat hot pot also an option.

We had been wanting to try Chinese hotpot for quite a while, but couldn’t find a halal place. Luckily we found this restaurant and tried this cuisine unique to us. We enjoyed cooking our beef, chicken, lamb, shrimps in spicy hotpot broth. There were a good collection of items to try with the hotpot. They also had a few desserts, ice cream, fried rice, a few Chinese appetizers. The owner was welcoming and the ambiance was also great. Overall a good, unique experience for Muslims, hope to try it again when we go to CA.

Such a wowing food experience in Fremont. The lamb was just awesome. So tender, so flavorful. The whole rack of lamb was also such a delight.

The price is on the higher end but still highly recommended.

What’s not recommended is the Xinjiang Chicken, which is disappointing.
