First and foremost this Burger King has been an outstanding place for my family’s breakfast ham, egg and cheesr croissants, always freshly made. But today was a whopper day and they did a great job. The burger was freshly made and tasted of old verses some I’ve had at other locations that were terrible. The frys were also hot and good. The service was great from counter to cleanup crew. With the Wednesday whopper coupon the cost was great well worth the trip. The $1.00 cheese is the only crazy thing there, but still a good meal.

Easy the slowest fast food service in Manhattan. Everytime I’m here I have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour to get my food like it’s a fancy sit down restaurant. The only difference is your food is still somehow cold. The whole place seems to be run by the island of misfit toys. They need more staff or a new manager instantly. Somehow manages to be slower than Taco Bell. Sometimes ordering from Burger King is nice because it’s cheap, unless you think your time is worth nothing, don’t bother.

After getting my food i noticed there was a longish red hair sticking out of my fries. I find this disgusting as the workers should be wearing a hairnet or at least have their hair up while working with food. Also this man with red hair (who I think handled my food) kept giving me weird looks and making weird gestures that made me quite uncomfortable. It was be greatly appreciated if something is done about this.

We ordered dinner this evening and had a very negative experience. The clerk at the window was rude and did not bother to read off the order. Had she done that, we would have known the wrong button had been pressed and chicken fries were ordered not the nuggets we wanted. Besides that our original chicken sandwiches had part of the chicken patties torn off (hopefully not bitten off?, see pics).

Since their slogan is “Have it your way,” it’d be nice if they actually made their food the way people asked. It’s not fun when your burger is labeled correctly, but it’s made wrong. Multiple times. The food still tastes good, but who knows if it’ll be made right. Eat at your own risk.

Needs urgently a very good manager. I visited it this weekend and I could see from the counter inward, a completely mess. Many stuff were in the floor, everything looked very dirty and messy. It’s supposed the food preparation area needs to be clean and organized ALWAYS. I understand the limited staff does what it can, probably the restaurant needs one person to take care of cleaning and organization. I could see only 3 people doing all the job during the weekend.

Let be honest here, I have over 5 years experience in the food industry and there is no reason is should take 15 minutes in the drive Thur during lunch hour. For food that is easy to make do better and let’s not forget about the lady on the headset constantly saying she can’t hear. And completely forgot one of our drinks.
