Never again. I ordered spaghetti and sausage. This is not an Italian restaurant. This is a hood – ghetto hole in the wall. The Spaghetti was a little chewy And you look at the photos and tell me what do you see.
Do you see Italian sausage with thick red meat sauce or do you see Louisiana kielbasa hotlinks? You be the judge. I’m done with them.

This place used to be really good pizza as you can see in the pictures the pizza looks of quality… the pizza no longer looks like this and it does not taste the same I don’t know if it had anything to do with that big ugly stuffed animal that used to be in the waiting room slash dining room but ever since that thing disappeared so did the flavor of their Pizza. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZERIA . The pizza that we ordered was extremely greasy. The cheese that they put was probably expired bc it tasted rotten, I literally took a bite and i almost threw up. It smelled like rotten feet, and tasted horrible. The ranch smelled nasty too. Not pleasant at all.

Worst experience ever. My coworkers and I ordered food and we all got food poisoning over tuna sandwiches. Nasty taste. I ordered hot wings and it had black spots. How disgusting. Why run a restaurant when you can have it sanitized and prep ingredients the right way. I will never order or stop by this place ever. And I did get my refund back. Beware of this place and how they make your order. Terrible experience of my life.

Ordered a pizza from them online. Waited for almost 1:45 until I finally called. They told my they ran out of “stuff” for my pizza so they ignored my order. Don’t understand how you run out of pizza supplies at a pizzeria. Would not have cared if I had at least gotten a notice. No call or email confirming a cancellation. Now I need to work through some third party online ordering service to get my money back.

This was the absolute worst take-out experience in my life. The first problem is that when I called in my order, the staffer asked when would I arrive, I said 15 minutes, they responded with “perfect timing. The pizza will be ready then.” When I arrived, they seemed genuinely surprised that I actually was there, running back to the kitchen saying “the vegetarian pizza takes longer to make.” Clearly, my order had not been started. I didn’t tell these people that I had already been driving for 90-minutes in stop and go traffic. And was hungry. And had my dog in the car blasting the air conditioning because it was over 80° outside. I just wanted to run in, grab my food, and go home, not wait in the parking lot with the car ac on, which is what I did.
Second problem- when I enter a restaurant, I expect to smell the delicious aroma of food. This completely empty diner had the offensive smell of toxic chemical cleaners and the ratty plastic of the table coverings.
Third problem- THE PIZZA TASTED LIKE TRASH! From the stale brad crust to the artificially flavored Kraft cheese used. I have actually spent time on holiday in Naples, Italy, and I can assure you that there was no resemblance to the fine food crafted there at this ‘Napoli Pizzeria’.
Fourth problem was actually my fault. I have ordered for delivery to my home from ANOTHER “Napoli pizza” place that is also on Crenshaw Boulevard, but that eaterie provides the most sumptuous truly authentic Napolese food. Go to “La Bella Napoli” if you want SPECTACULARLY DELICIOUS food!

I ordered Pazzos a couple of months ago.. and the food or the experience was not to my liking. Naturally I wrote a review. WHAT THE MANAGER DID AFTER READING THE REVIEW WAS AMAZING!!!! He called me and apologized, he then offered to make me some new wings free of charge along with another item on the menu. THE BEST WINGS IN SOUTHBAY!!! they were sooo good. It was obvious that the day I ordered was a bad day because the second set of wings were seasoned and juicy! To top it off the manager personally checked up on me just to make sure everything was to my liking! I wish I could delete the old review because what I stated was not the experience I got this time and WONT be the experience I will get next time. YES there will be a next time! I am vey happy and satisfied!!!

The food was OK. The penne with basil pesto tastes pretty good. The vegetarian lasagne was OK. We ate there and got just only a plastic fork. The two pasta dished would have been cheaper if we had ordered it as special combo. No one told us and so they got four bucks more from us. Because of this just two instead of three stars.
