I dont understand the reviews seriously
We made our order via Ubereats and we received all the items, hot and well served. The portions are good and all is good.
It said 15 min on ubereats but it was more like 1h15 but We waited and he texted us the time he arrived

I ordered my food from here from Uber Eats and it took over 2 hours to deliver. I cancelled the food 20 minutes prior to delivery because it’s been over 45 minutes late at the time. The food came with a driver from Doordash delivering to “Ian”, not me 15 minutes after cancellation. The driver called the restaurant and they told him to deliver it to me regardless of the mismatch of the name and the late delivery. This restaurant is unprofessional and refused to pick up the phone until I called twice consecutively. Please reconsider when choosing where to order.

Made an order with them on uber eats. They charged my account, sent a message saying order was in transit and than said it was delivered. Had to go through uber eats to get a refund. Never delivered food, lied about it being in transit and sent messages about it being delivered and still charged me. Was finally able to get a refund from uber. Go anywhere else but here. Horrible.

CAREFUL with this bussiness!!! Ordered through UberEats and I was charged for a food that never arrived yet it was marked as delivered (after, no lies, 4 hours or being ordered). I called to ask about my order and in very disrespectful way they lied saying it was already delivered.

Ordered then called an hour later where is the food?? Guy answers what order ohh it got canceled from uber eats i was stating its in transit in the app and delivery is thru ur establishment. liar as soon as I hung up they canceled restaurant did it, had nothing to do with uber eats. He could respectfully say sorry didn’t see the order or its their mistake and its all good but dont treat or fool customers in such way!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Ordered on website and stated food would take 15 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later and they claimed they never received order because their ticket system was down. Asked to wait for then to start the food order. I asked to cancel and they stated they can’t and that the owner would have to do it who was not at the location. When asking for a refund and a receipt, they claimed I would not be able to get a receipt and the refund would take an hour. It’s been 2 hrs, no receipt, horrible service, and by the sound of all the reviews this is par for the course with this establishment. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I work at Englewood hospital. We have order from this place more then once and normally we have no problems. But today we ordered a shake and we didn’t receive. I try calling many times no one answered the phone. Left many messages. Still no reply. It would be nice to be able to talk to a human being!!

Food delivery took forever and the quality was terrible. It all tasted awful, like it had gone bad. After waiting 90 minutes for delivery, we threw the entire order in the trash for fear of getting sick. When we called and told them the issue we didn’t even get an apology. Dont waste your time or money ordering here.

Says they are open 24hours, but they don’t answer their phone or complete orders after a certain time. Completely unprofessional, definitely don’t order from here. Refund takes 5-7 days

Ordered through grubhub. 1 hour after placing order I was charged $15 just for delivery that didn’t show! Called and they answered the phone once, cursed at me, then never answered the phone again after repeated phone calls. Cowards. Terrible service. Food probably isn’t good, especially if delivery costs just as much as the food. Never order from here.
