I was excited to get my food after ordering from UberEats. Recieved it with a small layer of meat, large amount of rice. I ordered a mixed over rice and had about 4 pieces of chicken and about 15 pieces of lamb. Are you kidding me? There are carts that serve with more meat than this. Not worth it for the price. Only thing tasty was the spicy white sauce. Never purchasing from here again – rather go on hillside ave and little neck and get more food.

This is a carry out spot. My daughter and I were in the area for the day from Boston. I needed a halal option and decided to give them a shot. No regrets. The young man and woman working were kind, professional and patient. I chose a bowl to break my fast. They asked if I wanted sauce and I said no (they seemed surprised ). That food did not need sauce, It was SO good, i’m very picky, so I like that I could choose my own options and customize. I got the lemon chicken breast with beets, corn, and cucumber over rice. The portion was very generous. I ate it for two days. Absolutely delicious!! if I lived in the area, I would be a regular. If I’m ever back in Queens, I will be stopping by. Highly recommend for an option on the go.

I ordered loaded jerk fries, and this is what they gave me. I asked for hot sauce and white sauce, and I got cheese sauce? No jalapenos, No, nothing on top of it. There’s barely any food in this container lmaoo. A waste of money. I remember when they used to actually give generous portions and now they’re extremely tight, not worth it won’t be ordering from here again.

Will not be returning to this location. The short guy with the ponytail went from 0 to 10 with me. He got super angry because I asked him if he can wear new gloves and provide me a new pita bread. The guy was touching the wall with his gloves and I witness him wipe his nose at the bottom of the glove and then want to touch my pita bread. I wouldn’t be writing a review if he just easily switch to new gloves and provided a new bread. Instead he got super aggressive as if he wanted to fight me. A WOMAN. The food is a hit or a miss with this place. Quality doesn’t match the ridiculously high price. The staff who prepare the food are very unprofessional. Even the cashier gave me a dirty look while ringing me up and preparing my food, as if he didn’t want to be there. I understand it’s late, but if I’m being respectful and PAYING do not be hostile to me. I will not be coming back. Also, I don’t like when the employees yell, laugh, or chat to drunken customers over my food. Just unprofessional and nasty. To add insult to injury, the vegetables are all mixed together because they use the same tongs for all of them. And I am concerned about the overall cleanliness of this place since they have strange liquids dripping from the pipes in the ceiling. As for the “racism” that ya’ll whites and asians are talking about in the reviews. Ya’ll saying that they give preferential treatment to “African Americans”? First of all, minorities work here. Second, I am black and I did not have a good experience here they either. They are rude to everybody including me. So settle down. Ya’ll don’t know what racism is for real. Because when black people around ya’ll or walk up in your place of business it’s pure paranoia. So stop acting like ya’ll aren’t prejudice yourself towards the same people who ya’ll claim are getting preferential treatment. Get a grip. Yall wanna be victims of discrimination so bad when yall the main ones doing the discriminating. Lastly, to Halal Bros Grill if your employees are going to be rude to PAYING customers, the food should be above average at the very least. Just saying…

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. For the price they charge, I expected a decent portion, but what I got was laughably small. The dish looked like an appetizer, not a full meal, and I left still feeling hungry.
To make matters worse, the food itself wasn’t even that impressive—just average at best. If they’re going to serve such tiny portions, at least make the food exceptional! Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back

Tried them for the first time and ordered the “Mix Over Rice” (has lamb and chicken). It tasted really good. You get multiple options to customize your order: I chose white and green sauces and added an egg (costs extra).
Out of the sauces, I’d recommend the green sauce if you’re not looking for something too much spicy but still want to have a kick.
They also have a really big menu so you can always come back and explore their food. Currently, their menu doesn’t have drinks like milkshakes, so I hope the management will consider to introduce milkshakes in the future so that the drinks menu can have a greater variety.

Jerk chicken over Loaded fries tasted like it was expired . So disappointed. I use to always buy this when they first opened in my area and it was full and tasted good . But today it’s small portion and the white sauce tastes like it was out for so long . Felt like it was expired . No one could eat it . Also the chicken quesadilla tasted like nothing and looked like this . They use to have better good tastey portion food .

Food here is delicious and fresh. I got the lamb and my friend got the chicken over rice. Flavors are on point. Prices are reasonable and there’s parking in the back as well. They pack a lot of food in for you. Felt like a pound with 2 carry out boxes. Food is not Adele’s but does come close
