I had a very disappointing experience at this cafe. We ordered a medium-sized Adani tea pot, which is clearly enough for about four people. We simply asked for one extra empty cup so we could share the tea properly.
The lady at the counter refused to give us an empty cup, without any reasonable explanation. I do not understand what kind of policy this was supposed to be, but it felt unnecessary and absurd. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers.
Good service is about basic courtesy and common sense. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I would think twice before coming back

SO GOOD. My husband took me here for the first time when we both had a day off together and it was great. I’ll randomly crave the Hakaya drink they have, and I love that they asked what level of sugar I wanted. Came back for the second time today and they staff are super friendly too.
