Love this place! 1st of all, you can’t go wrong with any of the drink flights. All fantastic. My husband loved the breakfast shots, and I found my top 2 favorite Bloody Mary’s of all time here. The staff is fantastic, especially the management on Sunday mornings. We’ve had an issue with the food once, and they QUICKLY resolved it.

Nice atmosphere and friendly servers. The food was very good! It was nice that our kids didn’t have to order off the adult menu as most brunch places don’t offer a kids plate. Parking on the street is free on Sundays. We got there around 10 and it was the right time because the crouds started coming in not long after that.

I wish we’d had more time to try this out for another meal! It is a vegetarian dream come true. Best Benedict I’ve ever had. The staff was terrific. My very meat hungry parents and child were equally happy.

We were a party of 4 for brunch on 8/5/23. The restaurant was maybe half full. We were greeted and seated immediately. We were not greeted by our server for a while. After we ordered it took a long time to receive our food. Our server did not check on us during that time. I ordered the shrimp bowl and it was bad! Menu stated it came with crab but could not find it, unless it was ground into the awful sauce on top of the grits. The menu did not mention a sauce. And I believe the menu stated this was a “bowl” however it came on a small flat square plate. As for the mixed greens, it had no use on with the entree. The only reason I did not send it back was because we waited a long time for our food and we had an appointment in Ghent. I have had shrimp and grits at several restaurants and this was the worst.

Dined in for brunch on a Sunday. There was a 45 minute wait for a table of 2. I had an omelet with grits. Everything was delicious except the stone ground grits, which were unfortunately very dry – like dehydrated The service was good and the staff were very attentive to patrons. It’s downtown Norfolk, so finding street parking is always a challenge. You can get a great meal for under $20.

I’ll vote 4.5 stars but round up. Music selection is top notch. Mimosa was AMAZING and good. Biscuits and gravy was ok, I’ve had other things there that are better. Highly recommend this for your hangover brunch!
